I’ve moved around the country and the movers at All My Sons were the best. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys are exceptiona… especially Jerrys teaml!!! I have done 2 huge moves so far with this company and both have been beyond a wow experience on what is usually an extremely stressful time in life. This most recent move was a big 5 bedroom home. They have never broken or even scratched anything, they are so good. They are friendly, work hard and had my entire 5 bedroom home loaded up in 3 hours!!! I can’t say enough great stuff about these guys!!! Their prices are amazing, I will always use the company. Ask for Jerrys team. This company will take all the stress out of your move

Terrible Experience!!! DO NOT USE this moving company!!! Broke my dresser, we paid extra to use their insurance. I do understand things can break, but they carried upstairs with all the drawers in dresser at a very bad angle upstairs with someone on each end. The whole top half of dresser broke off along with the center of the dresser collapsed. I paid extra to have a 4 man crew to lift anything heavy correctly. Sent in claim on dresser and company said I told them it was previously broken!!! This was total B.S. as the dresser was never broken before the move. Also drivers got lost the second trip from old house and showed up hours later saying they started to unload the patio furniture at the wrong house!!! Also my quote came out more than twice as much then was originally quoted. If going to use this company please make sure to get a flat rate and full inspection before move signed by them. Crew spent a lot of time outside smoking cigarettes and talking when I’m paying by the hour. I had a pile of cigarette butts in front of my house they left. Most unprofessional moving company I have came across. Just want to warn anyone to stay away from this company. Poor mistake on my part, if I would have looked at their Unilocal page and comments I would have never hired this company.

These guys are seriously terrible. The lady on the phone (maybe mom?) will give you a quote and then they will charge you double that and whip out some sort of fine print. We got totally screwed. Plus they left a big scratch on the floor in our brand-​new home. They will block your phone calls and your reviews will mysteriously disappear from Unilocal.Scum. Avoid.

Just had All My Sons move my furniture and refrigerator this past weekend — they were AMAZING! Ismael, Jose and Mike did a great job. One guy wrapped stuff while the other 2 were moving it. I was impressed with their efficiency and would definitely use them again.
The only negative — I wasn’t made aware of the additional $ 35 charge for shrink wrapping when the confirmation call was made or by the crew when they showed up to do the job. I made a call, got a satisfactory explanation and called it a day — that’s how happy I was with the job the crew did!

Fabulous Jose and his crew. Were professional quick and very careful with our things. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Very bad experience … Did not have shrink wrap on truck which would have prevented damage to expensive piece of furniture. Was told warehouse was out of stock! I would like to share more info but it’s probably just a waste of time. Cash or credit cards only. The photo below with meet and greet from driver did not happen. Will never use this company again.

We recently contracted with «All My Sons Moving». I couldn’t have been more pleased. The crew was extremely pleasant, professional, and on time. It was amazing to see the boxes disappear and the heavy furniture, along with large TV’s, moved with great care.

I hate moving as much as the next person but there are good companies out there. About 14 months ago I used a moving company and it was my worst nightmare. I purchased a new house and when it was time to move I did some research this time and found All My Sons Moving. On the 27^th of January my moving day came and this time I was so impressed with the company and the movers. This was by far the best experience I have had with moving. The movers were very carful and wrapped all of my furniture and did not try stall to increase the bill. I would recommend All My Sons Moving to anyone. Great Job!

Me and my wife were very happy. They were timely and helped us out of a horrible situation. I personally would recommend to anyone. My wife and myself moves all the small annoying things. This really speed up the process and allowed movers to focus on large items. 3.5 hours entire place done.

Do not use this company! Seriously, you’re better off hauling your stuff in a backpack. In my experience, these movers lost shelves belonging to a treasured bookcase during a one-​mile-​away move. I placed the shelves inside the bottom of the bookcase, so why they were removed is beyond me. After filing a detailed complaint, corporate stated they are not responsible simply because they never found the shelves. I can only speculate, but they were likely delivered to the next clients (victims?) while leaving me high-​and-​dry. I was only asking for enough to cover the cost of making replacement shelves myself. Horrendous customer service and an unusable bookcase as a result. Thanks.
AMS claims to treat customers like family. If by «family» they mean «red-​headed stepchild,» then sure.

Unacceptable Service — Very Hard Sales Effort.
I sent a request for quote form through the All My Sons website. I was sent two text messages in the next 10 minutes and a call a few minutes after that. I got a verbal quote on the phone, which seemed acceptable and told them I would call back to book once I knew my exact move date. I received at least six calls from three different people over the next two weeks as well as multiple texts and emails. They really wanted my move.
When the time came to book the move I sent an email saying I was ready and because of construction wouldn’t be able to move until 10 or 11 AM. They called, confirmed everything and I thought I was all set.
Today (New Years Eve) I received a call saying that the start time had to be between 8 and 9. At $ 150/​hr that was 300 to $ 450 too early! I said I couldn’t do those times and wanted the originally booked 10 – 11 and was sent the following email when I said I was going to try to hire a different company if I could with such short notice:
«That is your option, you have a very large move and we don’t like to have our guys moving in the dark. This can cause injury to our men and damage to your items, which I am sure you wouldn’t like. Our start times are 7:30 am — 9:00 am and we were willing to do a guaranteed 9:00 am start time for you. I apologize we can’t honor the time you want us to. Good luck with your move.»

Thanks for the notice 2 days before the move with two holidays between! I believe they thought they could force me to pay them to sit around for up to 3 hours because I wouldn’t be able to find someone else on a holiday and with such short notice. Luckily I found the company: Move 4 Less who could do the job with 4 guys, two trucks, and starting at 11 as requested. My suggestion of considering All My Sons: have a backup plan with another mover or just avoid these guys to avoid last minute changes that might force you to pay them more.
P. S. My move: 4 bedroom 2200 sq ft house to house — all 1 story. I guess this is considered «A very big move» to these guys???

This company doesn’t even deserve the star that I HAD to give to make this review. My cousin had these people move her household goods and they’ve damaged things and when she asked about it the mover Jose got violent with her. Not only will they be hearing from me tomorrow, but I will also be letting anyone I can know about this.

As in previous post the workers were great, but that’s where it ends. We were quoted $ 1384 which was right in line with the other TWO bids. We even called back and spoke with Levar the guy who gave us the bid to make sure he got an accurate read and he confirmed that he did. One load completed the second sitting at the house now comes the problem. They want paid but WAIT it’s $ 2000 not $ 1384. I in no way was going to pay that amount. I spoke with Steve on the phone and was told they wouldn’t unload unless I paid. He tried to tell me federal government regulations on teriff’s wouldn’t allow him to be paid less. I call BS.
So moral of the story get BINDING quote not just a quote that’s were they have you by the BALLS.

Before you read this with the assumption that I am whining about frivolous and petty mishaps, I will tell you that I am very patient and very understanding. It takes quite a lot for me to take time out of my day to write reviews like this; however, I think people should know what they are getting into when they hire this company.
I called for a quote and told them that all we needed was the large items (12 items at most) moved from our townhouse to our new house and the washer/​dryer from the new house back to the townhouse. They told me it would be no problem. When the movers got there one was polite but the other was not personable at all and reeked of stale cigarettes (which made my house smell like stale cigarettes). While moving my washer out of the townhouse they scraped the front Plexiglas hard enough that paint was ingrained in it, dented the side and back of the unit and knocked a chunk out of the corner of my stair wall. After all 12 items were offloaded at the new house I asked about moving the washer/​dryer that was there already to the townhouse (Which the guy I initially spoke with on the phone said was noted down in the quote) the mover told me they didn’t put that in their paperwork and were on a tight schedule and asked if he could come back at 3:00pm to move the two units. I was understanding and said that would be fine, things happen and as long as you make it right I’m good with it. 3 O’clock came around and didn’t hear anything from him. I called his phone and he told me he was in the middle of something and might be a little late. He said he would probably be there around 3:30 — 4:00. 3:30 came around, then 4:00 and no word from him. I called his phone again and no answer. I called the office to find out what’s going on and to see if I could get someone to finish the job. I got ahold of the call center in Dallas and they said they would have someone contact me that night. It is now 3 days later and still have not heard from anyone.
I was charged close to $ 500 for incomplete services.

Hidden costs, terrible movers.
The person we spoke with to set up the move mentioned a $ 10 travel expense, wrong. 1 hour/​$ 90… Brutal. He also stated that every employee is part owner in the company… Lie… Or the movers lied about only working for minimum wage «tips are appreciated». They also tacked on $ 35 for shrink wrap, no mention of an extra charge prior to wrapping everything.
They loaded the truck poorly and didn’t tie anything down, even after me asking them to do so. The load shifted significantly over the duration of the drive.

Updated post. …my son didn’t communicate an additional charge for bubble wrap, or 3% charge when you use your credit card which i corrected with my son and paid without complaint. Next time I’ll carry cash (smile)
At the end of day, the company reached out, which was appreciated.

We had a very good experience with this company, from the onset of the reservation to the courtesy call confirming our moving date and time, the two men arrived on time and were extremely professional and began working non~stop until the move was complete! Their names were Jeff and John, Jeff amazed me how he could walk backwards down several flights of stairs holding large, heavy furniture, he also had a great sense of humor, both men were polite and respectful as well, they had a great attitude and wrapped our end tables and put big blankets around items… the truck was real big, they are good at approximating how long the job will take. I had an accident and fell on the ground and both young men hurried to my aid… I truly felt they cared and appreciated the kindness they showed myself, and my daughter.

DON’T EVER USE THIS DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A MOVING COMPANY.
I live in the Sky Las Vegas condominiums and had the great misfortune of encountering some of the ignoramuses who work for this company in the Sky’s service elevator.
First of all, their employees kept holding up the single service elevator we have and making the elevator alarm go off every 5 minutes. It took 20 minutes just for my family and me to get in the elevator. Then their guy in charge told the workers to just «follow them because they have a fob,» referring to my mother and me. That gave me the creeps. A bunch of big men following two women? Um no, sir, that’s not allowed. You’re breaching our building’s security AND breaking our elevators in the process? Great.
After we loaded our few things onto a tiny 1 foot x 3 feet cart, we waited for these assholes to quit using the elevator so it could come down to our floor once again. After ANOTHER whopping 20 MINUTES waiting for these All My Sons employees to quit holding up the damn door and nearly breaking the elevator, the doors finally open up to some douchebag with a Gerry curl. He refused to let us get in the elevator, acting as if he’s almighty God. He said he had to get off with a shit-​ton of boxes on the 21^st floor, whereas we live on the 28^th floor. I replied, «Cool story. We’ll get off on the 21^st as well so you can get out and we’ll hop back in.» We literally had nothing but a small metal cart and ourselves — we wouldn’t have taken up much room at all.
I calmly explained to him that my mother is old and handicapped, and that she cannot wait another 40 minutes for them to stop selfishly hogging the elevator. All we wanted was to get to our condo and rest after the 5-​hour drive from California. This employee could not wrap his peanut-​sized brain around this matter of SIMPLE COURTESY AND MANNERS. What kind of people raised this man? It’s just elevator etiquette — not rocket science, buddy. We tried over and over to get him to understand the fact that we would GET OUT ON HIS FLOOR to let him move his shit, but he started screaming obscenities at us, completely disregarding my handicapped mother, and that it’s «not [his] fu**ing problem.» With us still in the elevator entrance, he began frantically pressing the button to close the elevators doors on us.
I’m so happy I was able to catch the company’s name from the shirt he was wearing. What a miserable excuse for a human being. This employee should without a doubt be fired. Not surprised at all by all the other 1-​star reviews this company has on here.

LaVar, Robert, and Tony, ASK FOR THEM! When a woman at our Uhaul ran out if money and the truck was still loaded she stood there crying with her four kids.
My kids and I jumped in and started unpacking her stuff.
Susan in the Uhaul office loaned us equipment and offered the kids a drink. We were hauling boxes. LaVar, Robert and Tiny loved double time. Instead of unloading in the hall they unloaded into the elevator.
Then the guys started moving furniture, while the others tidied the truck for their next job.
They have four jobs ahead if them, but used their break to get this stuff unloaded.
As a team we kicked some mouse ass!
They didn’t have too, but like us, they couldn’t leave her standard.
Without costing the company time they got it done! Kudos.
We’ll only use them from now on.
