Never coming back here. Stood in there for over 5 minutes. Never acknowledged. Dude didn’t even look at us. Was hoping to get my mom measured for a bike, never stoops in here again.

Unbelievable how rude and unhelpful the employees are at this bike shop. High pressure sales and they seem almost annoyed with questions about bikes. I do not recommend this bike store. Find somewhere else to rent your bikes, there are other options in the area. Their bike mechanics are the only friendly folks in the store…

Bicycle Trax was the only place I found in Napa that rents bikes. They have both «commuter» bikes and road bikes for rent. Price was $ 10 an hour including helmets and locks. A great location for a tour up the Silverado trail to all the wineries.
