In our office, we bring together artistry and science to achieve the beauty of a natural smile. Dr. Lamberton loves to study the artistic shading, shaping and subtle color variations, which when put together with the latest in innovative techniques, produce that smile you’ve always wanted.

Dr. Lamberton’s focus is on cosmetic and advanced restorative dentistry. Although Dr. Lamberton is responsible for some of Napa Valley’s most beautiful smiles, our commitment to excellence in both the art and science of dentistry brings to our practice other dentists and patients from all over the world.

Dr. Lamberton was born in Corvallis, Oregon and raised in Thailand where his father is still practicing and teaching dentistry. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1977. Dr. Lamberton’s goal is to provide only the finest in dental care has taken him to seek out the very best dentists in the world to study with.

I never thought I would be comfortable visiting the dentist after a few bad experiences I had at other offices. I discovered Dr Lamberton from one of my friends who has been going to this office for years, she has always raved about the work she had done here so I decided to give them a try! Well let me tell you this office is a 10⁄10 from When you first walk-​in and meet with Nicole at the front desk who is so warm and welcoming, to waiting for your appointment in a massage chair with a paraffin wrap, to watching your favorite shows on Netflix while Dr Lamberton works his magic!!! I was not only thrilled with my results but also the office environment! I will definitely be a patient for life!

Dr. Lamberton and his staff are extraordinary. Each one of them goes out of their way to ensure your dental visit is pleasant, comfortable and pain-​free. Nicole at the front desk is a breath of fresh air that greets all patients, and her warmth immediately welcomes and reassures any nervous patients. Dr. Lamberton’s work is the best I’ve ever seen. He is meticulous and a true professional. Probably the best dentist in Napa Valley.

Dr. Lamberton and his entire office are THE BEST. They have made all of the unpleasant situations that come along with having bad teeth genetics much more tolerable. They are so attentive, caring, professional, and always go above and beyond in explaining all my bills/​procedures. Dr. Lamberton does the best work — his attention to detail is fantastic. I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone other than him!

Very impressed with the professionalism of this dental office. Not only is the office gorgeous, but the staff is all extremely friendly. Whereas a prior dentist informed me I had two cavities that needed filling, Dr. Lamberton performed his very thorough exam and did not find any problems. I’m always concerned that dentists are not honest and recommend dental work that is truly not needed. I felt very comfortable that I was getting the truth from Dr. Lamberton. I will be a patient for life!

Such an awesome place and team! The minute you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and Nichole greets you in such a friendly manner, you feel right at home. You can even have tea or coffee while you wait. Professionally Dr. Lamberton is the best in Napa and more. He exudes knowledge, confidence, and kindness and it is obvious that he truly enjoys his work. The biggest procedure I had was an implant and it was incredibly flawless. I don’t even know it is in my mouth anymore. I always recommend him and his team every chance I can get.

Dr. Lamberton is such a perfectionist when it comes to dental work :). And as a patient is what you look for in a Dentist. Someone who gives you that confidence and assures you will be happy with your dental work.
Their office has a nice décor, offers coffee and they always have a treat after your apt. (just a little appreciation to their patients).

I have had 10 or more dentists in my short life. They all pale in comparison to Dr Lamberton. Not only does he have great skills and a wonderful and attentive staff, but he actually genuinely cares for your wellbeing. I am so happy to have finally found a dentist worthy of my family. Don’t be put off by the cash only practice model, your insurance will send you checks for the difference. It just shows he is not only a smart and talented dentist but a businessman as well. I highly recommend him if your looking for a dentist.

Best dentist and dental office staff possible. I went for years with a dentist in another town who was brutal, and I had a series of very bad, very painful experiences there. I couldn’t even finish a cleaning there, it was that bad. Moved to napa, and I came to this office and I’m on track. And the best news is the cleaning I had with Krista was amazing– not only was it tolerable, it was easy and completely pain free. Krista is great. The whole staff, especially Nicole and Jo — not to mention the good doctor himself — are fabulous. If you «hate the dentist» — come here. If you are fearful and uncomfortable with people poking in your mouth — come here. This office makes dental work as easy and comforting as possible.

What an incredible experience! Having just finished throat cancer treatments, my teeth needed help and fast. I was lucky to find a wonderful dentist and staff. A truly caring crew that goes out of their way in making you comfortable any way they can.
Dr. Lamberton has such a kind disposition and a gentle feel when working in your mouth that you feel you can just relax and trust him.
My results have been outstanding. I would always recommend this Dr, this staff and this office.

Went to Dr. Lamberton for a second opinion and wound up switching dentists. The work is the best, he refers root canals and other specialized work to accomplished endodontists, and he wound up actually being less expensive than my long-​time dental practice. Plus the staff and atmosphere are wonderful. And, I have to confess, having Netfix to watch during time-​consuming procedures is a great diversion.

I needed a dental cleaning in town and I’ve heard about this dental office from good reviews and my friend who got her teeth cleaned with Krista. She told me about the excellent service that she received while getting her teeth cleaned with Krista. I must say it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Krista is so sweet and very good at what she does. She diligently cleans my teeth and never once tried to rush me out. She made my visits pleasant all the time.

Generally I have been afraid of the dental experience, but Dr. Cecil Lamberton and his staff made it very easy to feel comfortable and pleasantly surprised with all the great work that was admitted into my mouth. Billing was another fear for me and they met my needs in a format I could handle. From new crowns to cavities, my teeth look and feel healthy and beautiful. Finding a new dentist on Unilocal,why not?! After reading all the reviews, I made an appointment. Even with all the stunning reviews, I was shocked to get an appointment so quickly. I was just going in for a cleaning, but it had been a while since my last one.
Upon arriving, I was not only impressed with the look of the office (very Victorian) but how courteous the receptionist was, not to mention the rest of the staff. I was immediately taken to one of the exam rooms, without having to wait or fill anything out. (I had used their online system to send in my patient history, which made everything so much quicker.)
The exam was very thorough, and everyone was very gentle. This was by far my best dental experience, and while I’m not rushing to get back there, at least I know, my teeth will be very well cared for when these is a need.
I’ve already received many compliments on my smile because of the difference the office of Dr. Lamberton has made. Thanks!
