I’ve been back 3 times (another screen replacement [oops!] and two battery replacements for my wife’s iPhone). Everything here remains TOP NOTCH.
When the first battery replacement for my wife’s iPhone failed after a few weeks, they swapped it again at NO CHARGE. They’d warned me there might be an issue, they were correct, and they took action to make things right.
I’ve recommended CE Group to my friends, I recommend them to you, and I will certainly be back with any other IT problems that come up.

Yikes… iPhone 6 destroyed by these guys! Took in for cracked screen, all else was working great, ended up with fatal error 53. Owner, Jorge, will not call me to review their error related to an issue any tech should have been aware of but apparently these guys weren’t. They say they guarantee their work but don’t be fooled, they don’t. Highly recommend Icracked instead.

The AT&T store recommend CE group in Napa if I wanted to repair my smartphone instead of buying another phone. These guys are great. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They weren’t able to fix it and they did not charge me for looking it over.

My home office computer started acting up and degrading by the day. Simple things started going by the wayside. Mundane things like my Skype access failed and I could no longer link with
, the list goes on. I knew I had a problem, but was clueless on how to solve it.
Yikes! My business depends on my computer! Help!
So, based on another great experience, I called CE-​Group and they came to my rescue. They fixed it all. Not as originally-​planned, but a deeper fix – that only a pro could solve. My computer is faster now than ever and I am a happy camper.
CE-Group’s Manager, Kaydin Smith came to my home office and (a) spoke English (not tech) (b) understood my English (not tech) and, most-​importantly, © found and solved the root cause of the computer problem I was facing.

I’ve been in to this store a half a dozen times, mostly to get them to replace the broken screen on my (and my son’s) i-​phone, which by the way they do in less than thirty minutes. In fact, I’ve challenged them on more than one occasion to see exactly how fast they can actually get it done.
But today… I swung by on my way to the AT&T store to buy a new i-​phone because all my apps were crashing, and wouldn’t you know it, a «forced restart» (completed with only two fingers) solved my problem, saved me the price of a new phone, and all it cost me was this rave review.
You should give these guys and gal a try.

I came to CEG in desperation to fix my sons chrome book ASAP. To be honest, when I walked in I thought they were going to charge me an arm and a leg and take days just to look at it. This was definitely not the case. The gentleman that assisted me showed genuine concern. He took a «quick peek» inside my sons computer and found the problem; fixing it on the spot. I was so appreciative and will definitely be back. Thank you!

These guys were so awesome! My screen was cracked into little pieces. When I took it in to be repaired, they had the job done within a couple hours. 1 month and a couple days later (mind you: right after the warranty on the new screen expired) my screen began cracking from the inside out. Supposedly the new crack and resulting tye-​dye screen were the result of the heat. Took the (3 – 4 days out of warranty) busted phone back to CEG and they fixed my phone for free! They told me that they would take it up with the screen manufacturers (Samsung…I assume) on their own time. That’s good business. I would totally recommend this company to other customers.

This place is amazing. I had water spill on my Mac Air. Took it to Apple and was told it would be $ 1,000 for the repair and $ 400 if I wanted to ensure my files would be backed up: total of $ 1,400. The repair here was under $ 450 and they had all of my files. I was having issues with my USB not working, called them and they walked me through how to repair it myself. If you have any problems with computers take your items here.

One way parking from Silverado trail. Walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the guys working. I was impressed the young men were all wearing sharp Polo uniform shirts and working intently at their stations. I told them they should have loud rock music on or something. Great professionalism.
Turn-​around time for a lcd screen replacement on galaxy phone was 24 hours. (Exactly what they quoted me on) 150 $ later I had my phone back. Thanks guys I’ll keep you in mind for the next time something electronic needs mending.

My wife cracked her 5S screen and was not eligible for an upgrade. We had a friend that went to CEG earlier in the year and spoke highly of them. We called in the AM, got a great price quote, and they were able to work on the phone right away– 35 min later– a shiny new screen.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was devastated when I slammed my iPhone 5s in the door of my sisters car. I called them and told them it was an emergency because I had to get to work and they took my phone and got it done half an hour, probably less. For someone who’s attached to their phone like me, these guys are like magic.
And they charged my phone for me because it was completely dead! Definitely going to use them for the rest of my life! Although I really hope that I never have to.
