I had a challenging problem with a poor shower drain install (by me and family) using schluter Kerdi waterproof membrane. The regional Kerdi rep told me Abbey Carpet distributes for them and Abbey Carpet recommended a couple companies including B-​Line because they work on Kerdi often. They arrived the day after I called and made an efficient diagnosis of our problem (after another contractor couldn’t figure a way to fix it without re-​doing the whole shower pan, at 10 times the cost). Instead of a few thousand it cost a few hundred for the redone drain, membrane, and tile (which he cleaned and preserved to save me a lot of wasted time waiting for replacements to arrive). All exactly to his initial estimate (which I told him I figured was low, and he still met it and as quickly as I could have asked for). I’ve already recommended him to a few friends and coworkers, happy to share such a great resource with Unilocalers too!
