Not only did they fix it quickly, but they even stayed after the store closed to make sure I got my phone back that day and threw in a tempered glass screen cover for free!!! Would definitely recommend :)

Great Iphone repair, Wife cracked her iphone 5s at 4:30pm I called two other places one in Vacaville $ 95 and a mobile service $ 125 Wine country was $ 75+tax she left at 5pm stopped by the store on the way home and was back before 6pm with a screen crack guard I think he installed for free. Amazing local service she couldn’t have been happier.

Get your devices fixed here! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had my iPhone 6 screen fixed here and will come back if I break any other ones. It is rare to get that quality of customer service in the tech business. It is basically the exact opposite experience of going to a big box store like Apple, Best Buy, Verizon, ect. No frustrations or headaches!

Called and man I spoke with was extremely well informed able to ask every question I had. Went in and they told me it would be about 30 mins, took exactly that! My PC was in need of some attention and I discovered WCCS just down the street from me and gave them a shot. Best decision! They were thorough, very reasonable, knowledgeable and patient with my tech challenged persona! Both James and Will went the extra mile without the extra charges. Good guys, clean organized shop and quick turn around. The new go-​to place for computer service in Napa!

I give this group 5 stars for technical knowledge, service and quality workmanship.
I had a broken I-​Pad screen and they immediately knew which version it was, if they had the correct screen in for that version, how long it would take and the cost within 10 minutes. They said they could fix the screen in a couple of hours which would work great for me but they convinced me they should keep it overnight to allow the adhesive to cure so as to get a good job. I left it with them on a Monday with the intent to pick it up on a Saturday since I would be out of town till then.
Come Saturday I realized that it was the 4^th of July and they would not be open and I would not be back in town for a month. I sent an e-​mail to their site begging if someone could open up for 15 minutes so I could get my I-​pad. Within 2 hour I got a response of «No problem, I can meet you there now».
When I picked it up it looked like new and for a reasonable price.
Where can you get service like that these days.

I NEVER review on Unilocal but these guys are amazing. It was 15 minutes and I had a new screen. I had broken my screen before and had to go all the way to Santa Rosa and paid double what they charged me. I will never go to anywhere else for any type of computer work or phone repair. THANK YOU GUYS!

one word, AWESOME! i had a completely cracked screen on my ipone 5c, called these guys up and they had a replacement in stock just for me! i walked in, handed my phone over and 45 mins later brand new screen for my phone and huge smile for me! definitley recommend these guys! nice guys who helped me out in a crunch! will be back for all my repair needs! thank youuuu!

These guys are awesome. Took my iPhone5 here to have the screen repaired and returned a month later to purchase a used laptop. I would have never considered buying a used laptop but these guys are top notch — trustworthy and honest. Beyond thrilled to have a local business I can count on for quality, personalized service. Oh, and they are bilingual too for those who only speak Spanish. ;)

After years of taking my broken iStuff out of town to get fixed, I’ve finally found a local solution! I took in two iPads with cracked screens and not only were they fast but the quality of the repairs were better than what I had been getting at both Apple and my old favorite repair shop in Burlingame. Saved on a tank of gas, saved on their prices and got value in a flawless repair!

If I could make my way up to the top of every rooftop in Napa, I would shout out how much these guys ROCK! I went in with not just a cracked 5s but a broken (speaker) and cracked one! Left there 20 minutes later with a perfectly fine phone for under $ 100! I was so impressed with James, that I took my son’s MacBook back the next day instead of trekking it to Apple.

I brought my son’s I-​Phone 5C in because it wouldn’t take a charge and thought we might need a new phone (according to Verizion) Will the owner said «Let us check it out, and maybe it may just need a cleaning as corrosion builds up over time and the unit won’t take a charge. But if not, they could most likely replace the charging unit for under $ 50.00 (much cheaper than a new I-​Phone) He said to come back in 20 minutes and he could tell us if the cleaning takes care of the problem. Well to our surprise, when we returned, Will handed the phone back and said: You are good to go» And said «No Charge» I truly appreciate their help and Honestly and recommend anyone who has a problem with their cell phones or computers to give them a try. I know I am satisfied and believe you would be too!
