This is my favorite dunkin location. The drive thru line moves quickly and the line is always much shorter than the location on 95th& route 59. 1 star off because sometimes(rarely) my order is completely incorrect. Mistakes happen, luckily the staff is always friendly and correct any mistakes with a smile and an apology. The coffee is always at the perfect temperature, hot but not burning hot to the point of having to wait 30+ minutes to enjoy it.

Since the Dunkin on 95th was redone, my boyfriend and I come to this one. It’s a little more out of the way for us, but we will take these guys hands down over the other. First of, they’re customer service is fantastic. They are always friendly. We go through drive-thru and the customer interaction is that you would get at a higher end coffee shop. They accidentally forgot to ring up one the coffees and they took care of it right away. Coffee is always on point here. Not scalding hot, always made perfect. He asked if we tried the new Pumpkin Macchiatos yet, he said they are really good and his favorite is iced. Guess who will be back later today to try it out! PS: Parking here is no issue, unlike the other. And never that many cars!

Wow. They completely got my order wrong. On top of that they over charged me and conveniently did not give me a recipte. I questioned the price the women said don’t worry I got it. Well yeah you got more money than you should have. I will not return.

How. In the world. Does DD run out of hot water to make tea at 6pm? Or mess up 2 drink orders in a row? Two separate people asked for tea and got coffee. Or run out of butter? I’m thinking the young fellow who was working this evening was new. Because he had to call someone on the phone to tell him where the butter might be. Five minutes later, still no butter. I go to this location at least once a week and never had any issues until today. Maybe it was a Halloween trick and no treat?
