Naperville Automotive Solutions was established in the spring of 2011 using the idea that not all auto repair businesses are created equally. We differentiate ourselves by providing the highest standards for quality of work as well as customer service. Our business was founded on three core principles; Honesty, Quality, and Value. Using these principles, we are are able to take care of our customers at a higher level than the competition.

Geoff has over 15 years of automotive experience. He started in the business while working for his father in his classic car restoration business. He then went on to earn a B.S. in Automotive Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Working numerous automotive jobs he finally decided to go off on his own and founded Naperville Automotive Solutions in April 2011.

Wow — just got back from having some work done on my C6 Corvette by Geoff and Naperville Automotive Solutions — it was my first visit to their shop ever. I am completely impressed by how well the work was done, the accuracy/​professionalism, and the speed at which they got me in and out. I will be back many times. For anyone looking for a great, honest, quality mechanic — I completely recommend Geoff and Naperville Automotive Solutions!

Wonderful service! My car started making a screeching and clicking sound that definitely needed service. Since I have had mediocre service at Toyota dealerships in the past, I wanted to find a trusty mechanic and forgo the dealership. Thanks to Unilocal,I found Geoff and his shop and I am so glad. Geoff and his mechanic were wonderful. They showed me what part of the water pump was failing and the clicking sound and were able to get that and a belt replaced the next day. Not being car savvy myself, I appreciate Geoff showing me exactly what was wrong with my car along with telling me what needed to be fixed and how he was going to fix it. He also was able to give me a fair price that was about $ 300 less than what the Toyota dealership quoted me. As long as I live in the general area, I will go to Geoff and his shop.

I brought in my car because of exhaust leak smell inside. Geoff the owner was kind and he listened. Previously this problem was supposedly fixed by Rt. 64 Car Repair in Villa Park, in which I was charged $ 80 for ‘exhaust pipe repair’. It wasn’t fixed at all. I saw how highly rated Naperville Automotive Solutions is in Unilocal.Geoff & his mechanics fixed the problem for a little over the $ 80 the scammy Rt.64 charged me. For my car maintenance & repair needs, I’ll bring it to Naperville Automotive Solutions from now on, eventhough they are quite far from my location. They are honest & professional. Geoff explained to me in detail what the problem was & how he got it fixed. They even have a website where you can keep track of your car maintenance. The shop location was a wide open space & the waiting room is nice & comfortable with a lot of good magazines. Trust that your car will be in good hands if you bring it here.

Recently took my car in because the dealership told me I needed an expensive head-​gasket replacement. I went to Naperville Automotive Solutions based on recommendations from friends who said they were very skilled and trustworthy. They did not find an oil leak at the head gasket, but did find another leak in the transmission lines which the dealership had overlooked, which was much less expensive to repair. I was extremely pleased with their service, communication and the ease of making appointments.

Geoff was professional, honest and explained what to expect when fixing my car. He went through what the ride would or should be like after replacing the rear shocks on my car. I would highly recommend him, and he is very hands on (and the owner). I may have just found a new mechanic, and I am going to be referring him to others.

Cannot recommend Naperville Automotive Solutions enough. The owner, Geoff, is an excellent mechanic and really easy to deal with. I have an older pickup that requires attention. Previously I had been using Naper Auto on Mill St. just out of convenience however a recent episode soured me so I sought another recommended repair shop and found Naperville Automotive Solutions. I am extremely happy that I did. Geoff and his team are extremely attentive and meet their commitments. Moreover, the work they did for me was over 40% less expensive then at Naper Auto. Same work, same parts, just a much better all around deal. I will be using Naperville Automotive Solutions exclusively from now on.

Stop looking for a mechanic or automotive place! Come to Naperville Automotive Solutions and you will never go anywhere else. Geoff the owner is a hands on guy who will give it to you straight. He Diagnosis the problem and if you have any issue with your car he will give you the best solution to the problem. I have come here several times and I now feel confident that I have a place to go to whether I have a small issue, need an oil change, or have a major problem. I’ve had only one experience at NAS so far, but it was very positive and I will not hesitate to go back. Spoke to Geoff on the phone on Monday and I had my car in, evaluated, estimated and repaired by late Tuesday morning.

So glad I finally found a mechanic I can trust!
I have nothing but great things to say about Geoff and NAS. The work is done in a timely fashion (usually same day unless parts are difficult to find) and done right. I always receive a call with the total price before any work is started. Guess what! When he’s done, it’s exactly what he quoted!
This business is not out to scam you and say you need this done and that done. I recently had our brakes replaced on one car and thought the other needed them as well. I took the car in and he said the front brakes were just fine and I would just need the rears done. He could have easily just done all of the work and charged me for all four. Instead he was honest and did what was best for the customer. I appreciate that and it will mean he will be getting much more business from me in the future.
I highly recommend this place if you want honesty, good work and quick service. Also not a chain company!

Had a great experience at NAS. We’re new to the area so we had not found a reputable place to get our autos serviced yet. I called Geoff and he took the time to test drive the vehicle with me to ensure an accurate diagnosis. From the time I arrived and had a repaired vehicle, it was less than two hours which is unheard of. Thankful for the timely and helpful service. I’ll be back!

I had a great experience at Naperville Automotive Solutions! I had taken my car to Goodyear on Ogden in Naperville for a simple oil change and to replace a blown out tire and to my surprise they told me I needed new ball joints and upper and lower arms on the ball joints also needed to be replaced. They quoted me at $ 1100. I called Geoff, from Naperville Automotive Solutions, and he gave me a quote of $ 678, plus a $ 50 rebate on the parts! Geoff found that my tie rods were also cracked and called me to see if I wanted to replace them before he did any work. I agreed and my final out the door price was $ 811, still under my original quote without the additional repair.
Geoff got this huge repair done in 1 day! He called me as soon as it was finished and walked me through exactly what he did. He even showed me some of the worn out parts that were on my car that he replaced. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Naperville Automotive Solutions to anyone who has a repair needed! Geoff will give you a fair, honest price and finish the work in a timely manner!

I only trust Naperville Automotive Solutions with my vehicle maintenance. Geoff, the shop owner and lead mechanic runs an honest shop. He will talk you through the repairs so you understand what you need. He has a nice clean little waiting room with satellite TV and plenty of magazines for men and women. Geoff will make sure your car repairs are done right the first time and is upfront with the customer. This review is long overdue (6 months) but it’s better late than never! I can only rave about Naperville Automotive Solutions. A few years ago I had purchased a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero (aka Lemon) and have continuously had many problems with it. After seeing multiple mechanics (whom seemed to find some $ 500 fix every time I took the car in), I became a little leery of the whole process.
One day my car started making a loud clunking sound and I knew that I really did need to take it in. A good friend of mine had recommended Jeff at Naperville Automotive Solutions and I figured I would give it a shot. Jeff may be the nicest guy on the planet! He made me feel so comfortable. He explained to me (in laments terms) that the problem was with my ball joint and it needed to be replaced. He also mentioned a few other things that «could» be fixed but that I didn’t need to do right away. Wow! An honest mechanic? I was so happy with the honestly, service and quality of work, especially since he had it finished for me the next day!
If you need to take your car in for ANYTHING, I would recommend running it by Jeff (the owner). I couldn’t be more happy with my overall experience at Naperville Automotive. I will definitely be recommending them and brining my car back… because I’m sure I’ll need it! :)
