NIU’s Naperville location serves the business and association communities by providing meeting space, conference solutions, professional development opportunities, and NIU degree-oriented classes.
Because our facilities were built with adult learners in mind, we boast some of the most comfortable and high-tech classrooms and meeting facilities in the area. Meeting rooms come equipped with ergonomic furniture, windows, individual climate controls, video projectors, document cameras, computers, and WiFi. We also offer on-site catering and a variety of meeting enhancements. It is NIU Conference Centers’ policy to not charge for standard AV, tech support, gratuities or service charges, so there will not be any surprises after your event.
In addition to meetings and classes NIU Naperville hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions. Our 3,750 square foot banquet hall provides plenty of space for dining tables, music set ups, stages and a dance floor.
History
Established in 2000.
NIU Naperville is conveniently located in the western suburbs of DuPage County, and offers an exciting setting for Chicago area conferences and events. We’re easily accessible from Interstates 88 and 355, only 27 miles from both O’Hare and Midway International Airports, and less than five miles from the Metra train station.

Gina is the Conference Service Manager of Northern Illinois University Conference Centers. In this role, Gina is responsible for all facets of the business development and marketing strategy for the three I.A.C.C. certified conference centers. Gina previously held roles at Marriott International.
