Rosati’s Pizza

Very disappointed. I called and ordered a double deal for two 14 inch pizzas for $ 16.99. I added 3 toppings total to the two pizzas and the total they quoted me on the phone was $ 28. This seemed a little high, but I figured I would check it out when I went to pick up the pizzas. After I paid for the pizzas they handed me a receipt. Sure enough, I had paid $ 20 for the two pizzas before the toppings instead of $ 16.99. I explain to to the man at the register that the coupon was for $ 16.99 and asked why I was not informed I would not get the entire discount. He claimed that the coupon was 3 years old. However, there was no expiration date on the coupon so it should have been honored no matter how old it was. And to top it off the pizza was average at best. I worked at a pizza place for 6 years and know how to deal with customers and these people have no clue. I will never order from this place again, especially with the number of great pizza places in Naperville.

If I could give no stars, I would. Don’t order from here — you’ll be disappointed. Just ordered a pizza today with basil. I pulled up the cheese and found only one piece of basil on the whole pizza. So sad. We also ordered a 6-​pk of soda and didn’t receive it during delivery. Waited 40 min. for the soda to be re-​delivered. By that time, we were done eating the pizza. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy it. Too salty, lack of spices made it an unpleasant experience. We even called to complain and asked for the manager. The girl that answered the phone said she was the manager for today. Her responses were very juvenile and wondered if she really was a manager or an employee that didn’t want to get the manager on the phone. I won’t be ordering from here again — I don’t suggest any should.

As soon as I stepped it I felt like the people that worked there care about my experience and pizza. I ordered pick-​up and it was right as they took it out of the oven. They even showed it to me and I was amazed. My family really loved the pizza. The best Rosati’s by far.

Kindest people I’ve dealt with. They screwed up my order and gave me a new one. I was surprised I didn’t have to put up a fight. Not only the best pizza but I’m glad they have good people behind the business. I’m already a loyal customer and will Definitely will continue to be. Thumbs up!

We’ve been ordering from this Rosati’s for a few years and it has always been awesome. It’s our favorite pizza place in Naperville. I can’t even recall the number of pizza’s we’ve ordered from them it’s that many.
This past Sunday my husband called to place a order and he had to repeat the simple order (deluxe with sausage only on ½) at least 7 times. He mentioned we had a $ 3 off coupon as well. He had to repeat his credit card number at least 5 times before a manager came on the phone to take it. The first time he gave it to her it worked. The entire time my husband was extremely polite and respectful.
The pizza delivered to our home and when my husband gave the driver the coupon he apologized that the $ 3 wasn’t taken off which was OK because we order from them all the time so we’d just use the coupon next time. My husband gave the driver a generous tip. I looked at the receipt after the driver left and to my amazement the pizza order was wrong. Instead of ½ without sausage they did ½ without sauce!
My husband called back and spoke to the manager who apologized. My husband said we really would like a new pizza made and that he’d even drive the pizza we received back. The manager mentioned that maybe she could credit us a pizza for the next time.
When my husband went in the manger said it was the owner that took our order which was shocking and that the best they could offer us for the major inconvenience was free pop… my husband told her we don’t drink pop and she said that she was sorry. The best part is, they wouldn’t even honor the $ 3 off coupon we had!
I think the owner is a jerk and we will never order from here again. There are so many good pizza places around that have much better customer service and that’s where our business will go from now on.

I would like to give you a review of the Pizza, problem is they never delivered it!
Warning: Do not order on line, it apparently doesn’t work
Warning 2: Don’t trust the Order taker who tells you the pizza will be there in a couple minuets when you have already been waiting an hour
Warning 3: Don’t try to talk to the Manager, who tries to play stupid about your order, which for him, probably wasn’t too much of a streatch!
Placed order online at 7:04 with email confirmation. Called at 7:58 to find out what was going on with the order, the girl who answered said she «just checked and it will be there any minute» …apparently not any minute in the near future.
Called back at 8:15 Spoke to the manager who said they never received my order, I stated why was I then lied to about 15 minutes ago… silence…silence.
At that point I hung up and will NEVER order from this place again. Fortunately there are a lot options and Rosati’s will never be one of them.
Lesson Learned: Call them if you want to play your order and then cross your fingers that you don’t get the Incompetent employees I had to deal with and just maybe you will get your oder

We’ve ordered practically everything but the pizza.
All their sandwiches and combos are really good. I don’t like that you have to order the fries separately, they should be included.
I order them through GrubHub. They deliver in an hour, between the estimated time of delivery.
The food overall is always tasty, never had any issues.
The Tiramisu is AMAZING!!! OMG! Theirs is the best I’ve ever had.

Fantastic thin crust.
I almost always get the sausage/​onion or Sausage/​Green Pepper
Very glad this place is here. Coming from Franklin Park, I was nervous about Naperville’s quality of pizza
DO NOT confuse this place with the weak-​ass Rosatis on Ogden near Eola. Different ownership group and the one on 95^th is wildly better

Great pizza but don’t bother ordering from them on the web. They charge you $ 1.25 extra just for doing that — never heard of such nonsense before.

I love this place… The pizzas are amazing and the service is wonderful. I will definitely come here again.

In this day and age where customer service goes out the window Nick at Rosati’s Pizza is my knight in shining polyester armor today!
While hoards of angry teenagers grumble about empty stomachs I rushed through an order on GrubHub anxious to stop the madness. Ribs? Check. Fries? Check. Pizza? Check? Fried cauliflower? Oh yes! Up pops a coupon for a free appetizer. Yum. Fatty in me says add mozzerella sticks. Coupon says add free app in special instructions. Easy enough. Under mozzerella sticks I write free app. Click and send! Doh! Special instructions FOR the entire order! I just charged myself an extra 5 bucks. Great…
Minutes later Nick of Rosati’s Pizza on 95^th has resolved my issue. Driver will come, cash in hand, with the funds to reimburse me. Sweet. Problem solved and now that we are suburban yuppies I will rely on Rosati’s to get me out of these spur of the moment sleepover nights/​starving children problem in a jif.

Love this place, always been a fan of Rosati’s. Tends to be our go-​to thin crust pizza place (when it’s open). Sausage and mushroom is a great combo!

If you like your pizza marginal, then Rosati’s on 95^th is going to be your fav eating establishment. I had a coupon for a free pizza, and went with a large, thin crust pepperoni. The pizza was hot, but was not uniformly cooked. I hate it when thin crust pizza is crisp on the outside and soggy in the middle. The cheese was dense and all of the toppings slid of the slice. I was very hungry, so I ate quite a few pieces, but it made me feel dirty and I had to take a ‘shame shower’ later on. I scrubbed. And I cried. Overall, not terrible. But, meh. I’ve had better.
