Satin Chair Covers

We got married in October and used Satin Chair Covers for our background behind the head table. We had wanted to use them for draping around the door entrance, but due to some restrictions at the venue we had to change that plan. Our backdrop was a beautiful gold with sequins and really made everything pop! We did change our mind a few times and Diane was great to work with. My only concern was that at one point I was confused about what we owed and the person who responded to my email had quite a bit of attitude, which was not cool. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this service! They have a lot to choose from and were familiar with our venue which was really nice.

Natalia was awesome! Her crew made the venue where my wedding reception was held come alive! It looked like a totally different place!!!

Best company to get decorations! They have many options that comes with an affordable and reasonable price. The service is great and working with them is so convenient. I visited their office in Naperville and they have some tables and centerpieces set up as examples and it was kinda nice to see them in person before signing the contract. If your venue offers table cloths /​table runners with your preferred color motif, check with satin chair cover to see (most likely theirs is cheaper than the ones from your venue**that was the case with mine). Their chiavari chairs are also offered at a nice price compared to others.
Since their office was far from our house, we communicated through e-​mail or calls and they responded so quickly and got back to me right away when I had a question.
They have delivery and pick-​up service which is awesome coz we did not have to worry about a thing the night of our wedding. Everything was pleasant, their centerpieces are all in great quality and unique.
Working with Natalia was great. She’s friendly, organized and was very helpful. Ivone took care of us mostly and she is the BEST! I was undecided at some point with what I wanted to do with our decors and Ivone has the best taste, she was so patient with working with us, she treated us like her friends by giving us the best options and was just fun to work with. I am so happy with how everything turned out and all our friends and family has nothing to say but good things about our decors and how beautiful our wedding was thanks to Satin Chairs & Covers you guys definitely helped us to have a beautiful wedding!

They did a nice job. Communication was a little hit and miss, but once that got resolved they were on top of things and delivered a nice product.

Everything was gorgeous and loved what they did to the room. Communication was not always the best but they got the job done.

My husband and I considered using Satin Chair Covers for our wedding and we were impressed with their product but had already met with another company that was MUCH cheaper. We still met with this company because our venue recommended them. Well after our experience I hope our venue reconsiders. The people who run this company and work for them are rude and extremely unprofessional. After calling them back several times with no response I received a phone call asking if I had made a decision because their offer wasn’t going to be available after that day. When I called back and explained I had left several voicemails, Natalia flat out told me I should learn to use different modes of communication and that there were other ways to get in touch with people other than calling. Just AWFUL customer service. These people do not deserve your service they are arrogant people.

I could write a bullet point list of everything this company did wrong in terms of professionalism and customer service, with subsequent examples. However, I will only say that with so many companies in Chicago that perform the exact same service, there is zero need to tolerate Satin Chair’s abysmal business practices.

They made my wedding look gorgeous!
If you are considering hiring anyone to decorate for your wedding, choose them. The venue probably rents upgrades, but look here first — they are almost certainly going to be cheaper, and they will probably have a better selection. And they don’t just do chair covers! Look to them for everything you need to decorate your ceremony and reception that isn’t flowers.
I ordered chair covers, uplighting, some accent tablecloths, table runners, sashes for the head table, and a backdrop for behind the head table. Everything looked perfect!
They also match David’s Bridal colors.

We used them as our drapers, lighting, table, and chair covering vendors. A friend from the hotel business recommended them, and they did a great job decorating (and covering) up the ugly décor we had our reception at. They had great ideas, sophisticated style, and affordable prices.
My only hiccup was a miscommunication about the pricing for our tablecloths but it was resolved quickly and professionally. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of. I had so many compliments from my friends afterwards.
