Ware Landscaping & Snow Removal

I use Ware Landscaping for parking lot snow removal at my office building in Chicago. They are always on time, professional and competitively priced. I would highly recommend the company and Mike Ware was a pleasure to work with.

It is time to share my complete satisfaction with the December 2015 Fall cleanup! A team of WARE LANDSCAPING workers arrived to my door and the team leader shared what the plan was to be that a.m. It was apparent that they were in continuous contact with Mike Ware via cell phone as they worked that day. It is even better summed up through reporting from the neighbors immediately behind my home. This neighbor and his visitor went out of their way to tell me what a great job the men did and how hard they worked toward the results. The Ware Landscape team spent significant time to give the grounds a great grooming.
It is important to note that the yard had become so unsightly during the Fall season. There are many very old trees losing their branches. We had been hit by several severe storms that blew down hundreds of different sizes! No doubt that this assignment was a challenge to their workday. It is apparent that this company takes pride in doing a fine job. It was all good and I am not someone easily pleased.

My boyfriend and I hired Ware Landscaping for both of our houses last year in winter time and we had a great experience. They were extremely professional from the first moment they answered our phone call to the time they came to clean up the snow. We hired them again this summer to do our landscaping and our garden never looked so beautiful. They also took the time to explain to us the better way to keep our grass and flowers, the right time to water it and many other tips. I definitely recommend them !

I hired this company last year after my mom’s basement flooded and they completely repaired the basement. What a mess, I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with it. They got rid of the ponding in the backyard too and helped us with the sump pump. No flooding since. This year I hired them for my landscaping at my mother’s home. They did such a great job, the grass is way better than I could do it. They put sod and gave us watering directions. We followed the pamphlets and so far, so good! It’s been a couple of months so if you follow the instructions, you will be fine. Of course, if you don’t water them, duh. All that work for nothing. So be smart, hire a good landscaper like these guys and do what they instruct for maintenance.

Gave mike and his team another shot and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did that. It was not a small hardscape project but mike was attentive to our needs, responsive all along the way. I think most importantly he really cared to make this the best experience possible for us. Even when we did not like the sand he used to grout the front pavers. He came back and fixed it with a color that we liked better. He went above and beyond and will use him again when we have other projects. I can’t say enough and this is the only time in my life I went from a negative experience to one of the best experiences with a business. THANK YOU MIKE!

Probably THE worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. From shady billing practices, to abysmal phone contact. and they NEVER replied to emails. Arrived 2 – 3 days late during heavy snows and and billed for dates when no services were rendered.

Ware Landscaping has been great in both the landscaping and Snow Removal arenas. I have used them for both and I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work, the efficiency in which it is handled, and the staff. I would recommend Ware landscaping for any Drainage, Lawn care or Snow Removal jobs that you may have.
