Dr. Vance is one of only 3,500 physicians awarded a Fellowship in Ant-​Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine (FAARM) and is one of only 50,000 physicians trained and certified by the American Academy of Anti-​Aging Medicine.

A graduate of the University of Illinois with a psychology degree, Dr. Vance received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and went on to perform her residency in emergency medicine at Chandler Hospital at the University of Kentucky.

In addition to her certifications in the anti-​aging field, she is also board certified in emergency medicine and is currently seeking a master’s degree in medical sciences with a concentration in metabolic and nutrition medicine with the University of South Florida, the first of its kind nutritional program provided under the auspices of a university medical school. She is also enrolled in the Integrative Cancer Therapy Fellowship, which provides practitioners with education in nutritional support

Although many people are saying she is great, They’re not mentioning what a scam she is. I needed a refill on a non narcotic cancer medication and specifically asked over the phone if I could have it at my first appointment and I was told yes. I met her and then was told that I would have to pay her $ 1100.00 to start. And who knows if she would even give me my med, without pushing a bunch of supplements on me. If you’re healthy and I guess have the money, go for it. If you’re like everyone else and need to use your insurance at doctors visits, don’t go! Find someone who has a little more compassion for the sick, who doesnt prey on them! !

I went to see Dr. Vance, and I’m only 33 and not because I was sick, but because I don’t want to be sick and I want to be my best. After doing some testing to get a baseline of where I was at Dr. Vance discovered I have fairly low testosterone, and my heartbeat was slightly abnormal, and my body was producing abnormal levels of DHEA trying to heal itself due to some problem. I’m now on a healthy diet with a wellness plan designed specifically for me and my body chemistry, and I can avoid what could have been a potential disaster. I can’t recommend how important it is to get personalized medicine and take control of your healthcare. It’s doctors only on the cutting edge like Nancy Vance that use functional medicine which allows you to stay healthy and feel good. Dr. Vance is more just a «doctor» she is true health champion and unique in Collier County!
