These guys are amazing! I was short on $ 8 and they told me that they had me covered! I was in and out in 10 min! I will def be coming back!

Talk about great customer service! I must have come at the right time of day because I pulled in and they got me taken care of right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The men working were all very polite and helpful. I know as a woman I hate doing car stuff but they explained everything and did not try to push the up sells on me like I have had at other places. This was probably the best experience I have had getting an oil change and I will be back next time :)

First off, DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY JIFFY LUBES!!! They don’t know what they’re doing. They didn’t check my tire pressure during my oil change and two days later my tire light came on. I took it back and they said one tire was at 20psi. They filled them, but they filled them to 40 psi on my Hyundai elantra. Way over. I drive for work and people kept saying something was wrong with my tires. VERY DANGEROUS. I took it to my mechanic and he equalized them. They were at 39, 41 and two at 40 psi. This was a few days after the jiffy lube visit so I know there wasn’t a leak in a tire. JIFFY LUBE SUCKS!!! I emailed them about it and they essentially told me to fuck off. Plus they overcharge. Don’t go if you know what is good for you.

We were traveling from Florida and the oil change light went on. Looked up a place open on Sunday and this was nearby. My car needed syntetic oil and they were awesome to honor a coupon I had. Fast service to get us back on the road.

These guys are on point. I bought a groupon before going in, and I was in and out under 20 minutes, I think they were under staffed yesterday, but the guys were all hustling and working as team. I didn’t get his name but the one who took my keys and rang my transaction was great, he showed professionalism and great customer service in a quick paced environment.

I bet a lot of people come here because they have a groupon (because the normal prices are a little bit on the higher side compared with the competition).
The gist is this:
Yes they are super friendly and try to be super helpful… and YES… they are super quick (like 10 – 15 minutes for oil change, rotation, and rain ex treatment.
HOWEVER… this is essentially the j/​v team of oil changes… What I mean by that is that quality control isn’t exactly the best. I been here 2 times and there was some minor mechanical detail that wasn’t taken care of (AKA: something wasn’t tightened enough and etc. — no real threat to my car but caused a warning light to come up).

Horrible customer service, it began when I pulled in and the machanic that greeted me looked annoyed and unfriendly. Then I went in to wait and once I was called up to the counter to go over what would be done the guy was speaking very quickly and just speeding through screens; I followed him with the information on the screen but had to stop him and ask if he was showing me an example because the year, model and mileage on my car was incorrect. He said, no ma’am, this is your vehicle. I told him it wasn’t, he called in the guy who had entered it and this man stood in the doorway trying to dispute the false information. What?
That was odd, but okay… I had a GROUPON, so maybe a little bad customer service wasn’t such a big deal.
Then I left. This groupon included an oil change and tire rotation. My first turn right I heard a very loud noise coming from the passenger tire side area. I parked, got out and didn’t see anything. When I pulled back out and turned again I heard it again. I thought they had left a tool or something so I parked back and got out and saw that the wheel well liner was hanging down and catching on my tire. A very obvious thing that had NOT occured before the visit.
Jiffy Lube was then closed but I called anyways to get hours and hopefully leave a voicemail. Nothing. It was just a dead line after about 15 rings. The operator from the 90’s came on and said «If you’d like to make a call, hang up and dial again». Annoying.
This morning I called back and asked for the manager, Bill. He listened but was not warm nor did he seem to have any concern. He blew off the problem as something that they had nothing to do with but sure, stop on by and we’ll «have a look for you». He started off by saying when they change the oil they don’t have anything to do with the wheel well.
Well, what about the tire rotation I recieved?
Unbelievablely low and unconcerned level of customer service.
I called corporate and once I heard back I recieved the same level of «your problem» attitude when the representative Chuck said we don’t carry parts at our store so they probably won’t be able to fix it. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING BEFORE I VISITED JIFFY LUBE, the fact that they have zero concern is enough for me to know I will never go back and I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

They’re great! Everyone was friendly. I showed up at 6:45 (15 minutes before closing) on a Friday and they still took me. They told me that an oil change took about 15 minutes. It probably took them maybe 10 – 12 minutes and they were still thorough. They remembered to place the reminder sticker inside my car and update the oil change signal in my car. I got what I needed and at a discount with my groupon deal so I’m happy. I gotta take one star off though because it’s kind of grimy in the waiting room. Feels like the interior of a greyhound bus station. Otherwise, the location is convenient, people are nice, it’s cheap, I like it :)

Stopped by to check my tire pressure and got super nice service. The staff jumped to help us and made sure each tire was set correctly. I would gladly go back to this spot again.

Used this jiffy lube a few times till they started breaking engine components.
I took my car in for a normal oil change the day before a road trip, the car was running perfectly. They did their normal thing, asking me what services I wanted and finished up the change. I drove off the lot to an odd acceleration pattern of jerks. I just wrote it off as an immediate side effect and kept driving. I kept driving and the car got more and more weird and turning on my check engine light. I stopped at my mechanic on my way home and after an hour of labor, he found that they had ripped my intake hose in half. (Something you might mention to a customer, right?).
Jiffy lube denied it and said they couldn’t do anything, leaving me out over $ 100 and unable to make a necessary road trip.
Needless to say I will never set foot in another jiffy lube and will do everything in my power to destroy their reputation for not taking responsibility for their carelessness.
Try automotive solutions for a cheaper-​than-​jiffy lube oil change (even if you use coupons) PLUS, they only use synthetic oil, and STILL end up being cheaper than jiffy lube.

The tire rotation is included in the service. The employee there said that my tires were still good, but that when I do need them rotated to just bring my car in and they’ll do it for free!
Definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube! And definitely going back next time!

I relocated to Nashville and after much online research on where to get an oil change (and having the Shell in Brentwood try to scam me out of $ 150) I gave this Jiffy Lube a shot. I went in on Saturday afternoon and was in and out in 10 minutes! The guys were extremely nice, professional, and didn’t try talking me into some expensive repair that I didn’t actually need. They also gave me a student discount! I’d definitely recommend this shop and will be going back next time I need my car serviced.

These folks have always been extremely nice to me whenever I’ve rolled in for an oil change. Love the detail of service — an oil change also brings a full vacuuming of your vehicle, windows washed, and fluids topped off. And they usually do all of this within less than 20 minutes, for usually around $ 40. Not too shabby! They also usually give you a handy dandy coupon book good for the year.
Recently I stopped in here and had them check on an issue I had with a tire. They were very quickly able to let me know it had a nail in it, however I think the company is in the middle of a merger with Wal-​Mart, and so they were unable to patch it for me at this time. Not their fault, so I’ll let that one slide and just go with the excellent experiences in service I’ve always received here!

Fortunately, this Jiffy Lube near Centennial Park makes it easy. They get you in and out in a flash and their honesty about what’s going on with your car will make you feel at ease. They often offer deals, so check ahead of time and if not online, download their app which has some of the coupons inside.

Abysmal customer service. Jiffy Lube is more concerned with covering their ass than actually helping you. I will never vist one again.
I went in for a synthetic oil change. Everyone was friendly and I drove away happy.
But about a block away, I heard a loud TIK-​TIK-​TIK-​TIK… from the front left tire. I pulled over and found a large screw and washer puncturing the tire. Clearly, they had dropped something on the shop floor and driven my car over it.
I drove back to see if Jiffy Lube could help me. But it quickly became clear they didn’t care about me nor could they give me a refund until I talked to their corporate headquarters. The only help the manager offered is to pass my information along to corporate customer service. He never once apologized or took responsibility for their mistake. He explained there was little chance of them compensating for the damage, and zero chance of getting the oil change refunded because corporate would argue I must have run over the screw once I left.
I understand that people mess up sometimes — that’s not my problem. The fact that they didn’t even have the decency to admit their mistake & apologize or help me to get my car repaired for the damage they did is inexcusable.
Jiffy Lube will never see another dime from me.

I was driving a cross country roadtrip by myself, and stopped in Nashville for the night. By the time I reached TN, my last oil change had «expired» as far as mileage goes so I stopped into this jiffy lube to just get a quick change.
What should of took 15 – 20 minutes ended up taking me nearly 3 hours.
After leaving the shop the FIRST time, paying $ 80 for an OIL CHANGE, I had to return 4 separate times that night due to the fact that smoke was billowing out of my car.
Everytime I came back they just told me it was left over spilt oil somewhere and it was just burning off.
The 4^th time I came back, freaking out, because after all I am driving solo across the country and cannot deal with my car not working/​breaking down in the middle of no where. They finally pulled me back into the shop, took a look at everything and found a HUGE puddle (at least a ½cup) of spilled oil in a puddle near my engine. Awesome. They hosed it out and sent me on my way again. The intense smoking finally stopped… but this shouldnt of been so incredibly stressful and annoying. This shouldnt of taken almost 3 hours of my time, and there shouldnt of been that much oil spilled throughout my car.
Frustrated to the max.

Everyone at Jiffy Lube was very nice. They are opened on weekends, which is great. They preform a lot of services for an oil change. It was a little on the expensive side, $ 60. They did use high mileage oil, but it still seemed a little high. All in all, I would return.

This is my preferred station for an oil change in Nashville. They have pretty decent prices and it’s couldn’t possibly be in a more convenient location. However it is still a Jiffy Lube, which means lots of hidden fees and trick expenses if you don’t pay attention.

A few weeks ago I went to my favorite Jiffy Lube while visiting Nashville as I do from time to time. I went through the normal procedures, and sat in the waiting room until the service men called me to do the little inspection they like to do with the guests. This «inspection’s» real purpose of course is to scare you into thinking there’s something potentially wrong with your car. Since I’ve gone through the motions with these guys many times in the past, I pretty much said no to everything until I heard the something about an «Cabin Air Filter» option.
So what is a Cabin Air Filter? According to the Jiffy Guy, «it’s the filtering element in the climate control system in your passenger cabin. It helps remove dust, smoke and other stuff from the air you’re breathing in from outside.» What’s the difference between that and the AC Filter? Nothing. It’s the same air filter trick they’ve always pushed on their customers. Nothing’s changed, so don’t fall for it.
Other than that, it’s the same old experience you get at any Jiffy Lube, The service guys know what they’re doing, and are very friendly. Since it’s location is at such a busy intersection, it’s a guarantee that you won’t wait more than 20 minutes. Go Jiffy!
