History
Established in 2014.
Lucky Belly is a new direction for Seed Hospitality’s original restaurant, Zumi. Same ownership, same management — fresh new concept.
Meet the Business Owner
Patrick B.
Business Owner
Patrick is the owner and founder of Two Ten Jack in East Nashville and Zumi in Historic Hillsboro Village, which closed on 11÷23÷14 and has been converted into an entirely new concept, Lucky Belly.
With Seed Hospitality, Patrick participates in concept creation, menu development, design, operations, and strategic human resources. He also focuses his energies on financial, legal, accounting, IT, and operational matters.
A native of Louisville, KY, Patrick couldn’t resist Nashville after graduating from Vanderbilt University with his B.A., J.D., and MBA degrees. After experience with Wall Street law firms and investment banks, he gravitated toward developing a new, more versatile style of concept in sushi and Asian food — one that served guests’ everyday needs for amazing, healthy food, that also provided a casual-but-hip neighborhood gathering spot atmosphere.
He is experienced in startups, early stage financing, brand management, people development, financial analysis, and eating.
