I’m not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. My bestie and I met in the Natick Mall yesterday for a day of pampering a shopping. We were taken immediately (it was early). We both selected the paraffin manicures. Her’s gel, mine was regular. My manicurist was trying to upsell me gel, but I was pretty set on what I wanted. They took their time with us and engaged in our conversation.
We both got our eyebrows done as well and they look great! Very clean and nice selection. Since Natick is in the middle of where we live, we both agreed to make trips the Signature Nails a monthly thing! Highly recommended!

I came here in a rush on New Year’s Eve morning for a pedicure. It was the only place that I could find open close enough to other places I wanted to stop in before celebrating the new year.
I was taken in quickly after selecting a color and sat longer than I probably should have in the massage chair. I had to turn the chair on myself as it was not offered to me. A couple of employees were sitting off to the side watching a movie on their iPads.
After receiving a menu, I was disappointed to see that I had to pay $ 37 for what I could get for $ 25 at my regular nail salon back home. The hot stone massage wasn’t hot at all. The lemon scrub was nice but to be honest, for what you pay, it’s not worth it.
The polish came out perfect but it chipped the next morning and I realized that my nails were not filed correctly.
The salon itself is nice and the ambiance is great if you are looking for a place to relax however for the price I paid, I would much rather go somewhere else where I know I could get the same service for a better price.

I did not enjoy my service at this nail salon. I felt rushed through the whole service. I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to the service after just having a baby and getting some much needed free time. They were not friendly at all.

This place is overpriced considering they hardly spend time providing the basic «pamper» services that come with the package at most standard nail places today. I have gotten several pedicures here because it’s location is convenient for me and leave unimpressed feeling like I wasted my money every time.

Wish I could give no star! $ 27 for basic pedicure, which was basically just a polish change. She barely scrubbed my feet, that would be an additional $ 5, no massage, literally an 8 minute pedicure for $ 27! She basically just washed my feet and slapped on polish. I always tip, but tonight I did not! They were not even nice! Do not waste your money!!! I am a mom and look forward to that time away and it happens rarely, was so mad!

I knew I should switch up my Go-​To nail salon, but happened to have an appointment across the street from the Natick mall, so figured id run in and get a manicure in between time.
I walk in, and not only is there no hello or hi how are you, just what do you want?
A manicure.
So I pick my color, sit down, and my entire manicure took less than ten minutes. Ten minutes for a manicure, normally they are a good 18 to 20 minutes, well, when done correctly.
The massage was thirty seconds for both hands together, and just the palms. No fingers, arms, wrists, nope, nothing. Also that was after I reminded her about it.
I wash my hands then she asked me to pay. Most places do before they paint, fine. So I take out my debit card, BUT they don’t let you run a card for less than 20. So you mean to tell me every person who comes in for their eyebrows or a manicure can’t use a debit, or credit card. That’s how people pay now a days… so, the woman said there was an ATM next door. I said okay I’ll go over after and get cash, she responded, no now.
So let my get this right. during my time of «relaxation», which is what women try to do when at a nail salon, you want me to walk next door to the ATM, which isn’t my bank, so I got charged 3 dollars to use it, on top of my over priced manicure, of 14 $, that lasted a whole ten minutes!
Then… after my nails were painted, I dried for 15 minutes, and my nails were still wet, paint on the sides, and smudged what should have been dried had the dryer been sufficient.
Sounds harsh huh? Here’s the deal. I work in customer service/​hospitality 60 plus hour a week. If I have someone perform a service, I expect it done well, and if anything at least be hospitable, polite, friendly, conversant, or for the love of god let me relax when I’m at a so called «spa». Don’t try and sell me other services like a gel manicure, or pedicure… when you can’t even give me a decent manicure.
The woman was nice, but nice doesn’t pay my bills, or anyone’s, I want what I’m paying for. After the 14, plus 3 from ATM, plus 3 for a tip, because in hospitality that’s what you do, I get a smudged manicure, nail polish on the side of my fingers, anddddddd… carry all my stuff over to the dryer that also didn’t do a good job!
I double checked when walking out, no sign that says there is a card minimum, or that they don’t accept mall gift cards either, (yet in the mall)
Yeah the place looks nice, but would you eat a cake that tasted like c**p just because it looked nice. Doubt it.
Who runs this place?

I had a good experience here (at least the last time I went which was recently) and my acrylic nails came out nicely.
BUT:
–I was charged more than my sister was. We went together and got our nails done by two different people, and of course we went together and wanted to sit together because we don’t have sister time very often. There were plenty of empty seats next to each other but they put us in complete opposite ends of the room. I don’t know why they do that but it’s kind of annoying. My sister and I met outside the store when I was done. We discussed what we had done, step by step… WE GOT THE SAME EXACT THING DONE AND I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN SHE WAS. How does that make sense???
— I talked to my friend who went there recently and got acrylic nails with regular polish. She paid $ 30. I asked when I got my nails done how much it would cost if I were to get that and she told me $ 40. WHAT?
Seriously they need to put up some signs with prices and make up their minds because it feels like they’re just trying to get more money out of me.
Ridiculous. I literally feel like such a pain too asking how much each thing costs and clarifying everything so often because they like to sneak in extra things for you to pay more for. They won’t tell you that so and so costs $ 15 more but they’ll offer it to you and encourage you to get it and act as if it’s free. and they will keep on encouraging you until you give in.
Like I said, the nails were nice THIS TIME (They’ve given me crooked nails a couple times before, now I have to point it out). And the woman was very nice and actually tried making conversation sometimes. But the pricing really pissed me off.

I came by when it had just opened on a mid week day. Which meant I had the place to myself. Expensive. But I was very pleased with the service and with the results. Pedicure was great and has lasted quite a bit. I did a gel manicure with clear coating, and it has held up quite nicely. Tony was very professional, and did a great job. However, lots of employees just sitting around doing nothing, letting phones ring off the hook (thank goodness I wasn’t a client trying to call!), was disappointing — I don’t think I’d like any of them working on my hands or feet. Careless almost. They are VERY expensive comparatively speaking. But if you get the right person, you’ll be happy with the results. The place looks upscale-​y enough to hold up to the Natick Collection persona.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I have never posted a negative review in my entire life but I just walked out of their door and their service is HORRIBLE!!! First of all the guy didn’t know how to do a manicure!!! The polish was everywhere on my fingers and I asked him to clean everything he used ONE single piece of cotton for ten fingers which causes the polish to go everywhere even more!!! I asked him to do another cleaning he told me to do it myself!!! WTF!!! I wasted my dollars here and I wish there were a negative star to give them!!! DO NOT come here unless u wanna crappy UGLY nails!!!

They are pushy here, but they do a meticulous job (especially with French, gel, and acrylic). Know what you want and be ready to refuse an upgrade offer more than once during your experience, but definitely check it out and take advantage of their convenient hours and great skills!

Had one of the best gel manicures I’ve ever had here. My technician was a man and he was very meticulous and nice. I asked to have my cuticles just pushed back rather than cut and he agreed, which is rare. Most technicians just cut them anyway. They have a huge selection of colors. I look forward to going back.

I came here yesterday to get acrylics and boy I wasn’t disapointed with how they came out! HOWEVER! They charged like 8 bucks extra to freakin’ shape them to an almond shape. Are you serious? Like 45 bucks for acrylics with a bit of a crooked middle finger nail, not really worth it.

Came here earlier in the year. Service was ok. Came back a couple days ago because everywhere else was booked. I got a mani pedi and French nails. Not only were three of my nails messed up and I had to have her fix them, they are now turning yellow! They’re ugly and definitely not good quality nail polish. I’m really disappointed and not coming back again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Unfortunately I’ve had to come here a few times and it’s always awful. They are so rude. The basic pedicure is $ 27 and it lasts about 10 min– they don’t even do cuticles or scrub your heels. They want you to upgrade to Deluxe for $ 37 for that!
My 5 year old daughter was with me, her basic pedicure cost $ 30 because they painted a flower on her big toe.
The woman doing my toes yelled at me to shut off the massage on my chair because it was annoying her.
Find any other place you can, just don’t come here.

I was at the mall having my car serviced at Sears and figured I’d get my nails done while I waited. I usually get weird about going to a new place but I am extremely happy with my service! I didn’t have to wait at all and Lynn, the girl who did my service was so careful and made adjustments as I asked for them. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was very clean (I’m pretty particular) and they have a spa feel which is nice. I will be back and requesting Lynn for sure.

I stopped by yesterday for a pedicure and gel manicure. The ambiance of the place was nice, and on a Saturday afternoon, they were busy but very quiet.
They handed me a pedicure menu once I sat down in the chair that outlined the differences in their offerings, and I chose their Deluxe Pedicure offering ($ 37). My pedicure lasted for about 40 minutes. They took a decent amount of dead skin off my feet, and I’m very happy with how soft my feet feel the day after the service. The only complaint I had about the pedicure was that the polish was not applied well. I don’t think the top coat was applied evenly. This was remedied easily, I just applied a fresh layer of top coat the next day (but seriously Signature Nails, this is probably the easiest thing to get done right in a pedicure).
The manicure with a gel French polish. If you have gel polish on your hand before hand, the file the polish down roughly first, before soaking the remainder off. I’d rather they just let the polish soak-​off but this practice seems standard. I stated that I liked the white in the French polish to be thinner than the standard width before polish was applied, which my technician delivered beautifully.
I chose the second cheapest pedicure option and there was no attempt to upsell me on this particular service. The technician did suggest the manicure, and then a gel manicure when she noticed I had a gel polish on my hands — but this was a service I normally get anyways. I did here the other technicians suggesting services to their clients, in one case, more than once.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with Signature Nails & Spa and I’d go back again. They seemed pretty clean (tools used were taken out of a sanitation sleeve) and as a walk-​in I didn’t feel like my services were rushed at all. I paid a total of $ 72 before tip ($ 37 for the pedicure and $ 35 for the French gel manicure) which were comparable to the prices I’ve paid at other salons.

The worst manicure experience I’ve experienced thus far. I went in for a simple polish application and left convinced that this place is not only over-​priced, but they are highly inconsiderate.
1) The guy filed my nails too quickly, leaving ridges on the edges of most nails which, would have caused a breakage had I not gone back and had them buffed by a very unfriendly and unconcerned individual.
2) On top of that, the guy was very adamant about putting an acrylic tip on one of my nails (go figure, that’s how they make the most money). Not only did he put it on incorrectly, it did not even match the other thumb and is significantly thicker and longer.
3) He did not even ask whether I liked it or not. Do they not know that customers are paying for services that they should be satisfied/​content with?
I went back to ask for my money back, the lady said that I was trying to ruin the manicure by touching it too much (mind you, I was feeling the thickness and irregularity of my thumbnail, which really bothered me; the polish was completely dry and there was no way I’d be able to ruin it by «feeling» it)
I was accused, my nails were almost destroyed (I’ve spent months trying to get them long), and I was refused a refund for the services that I was dissatisfied with in every sense.
My advice, don’t throw away your money in this place like I just did!

I came across this salon when I wasn’t able to get an appointment at my regular salon in a hurry.
They took me as a walk in and I was grateful for that. The guy that did my full set was rough with taking off the set that I had on, and even though I’m aware acrylics aren’t helpful to your natural nail bed, he sure wasn’t making the situation any better.
He did however, do a good job with shaping them how I wanted. Overall I paid $ 65 for a full set with gel nail polish… But, I can get a better job done for at least $ 20 less at my regular place, Simply Perfect Nails in Ashland (if you don’t mind a little bit of an extra drive, this is the place to go!)
I’ve learned my lesson when it comes to last minute emergency appointments, I’ll just wait next time!

I have now been here twice to get a gel manicure and am struggling to come up with an appropriate star rating.
The first time I went I was very pleased with my nails (the gel lasted for 2+weeks and I only had to get it redone because my nails had grown absurdly fast, no chipping!) however was dissatisfied with the staff. Throughout the entire manicure the staff chatted with each other under their breath and it seemed as if they may have been talking about clients in the room, though I’m not sure since I did not speak the language. I overlooked this and came back a second time due to the convenient location and satisfaction with the gel.
On my second visit the star were much more friendly and made small talk with me while I waited for a manicurist to be available. My manicurist this time was super nice and spent a significant amount of time cleaning up my cuticles, recommending that I use hand lotion because my cuticles were so bad (I use my hands a lot for work and am always washing them, causing my skin to dry out).
I was pleased with my manicure after it was completed, however the color on my nails was not quite the same color I had picked out on the nail board. I still liked the color, however, so did not mention it. It has now been a week since I got my nails done, and a couple of my nails are already chipping.
Overall, I’d like to give this place a 2.5, but am conservatively giving it a 3. The staff can be kind of rude, but you may luck out and get an awesome manicure if you can deal with that!

For a mall nail salon their décor was pretty plain. Usually (atleast for me) mall nail salons go the extra mile appearance wise. I went their on a Sunday for a gel manicure.
Pros: on Sundays they open an hour before the mall so it was nice because I work at the mall so to get that done was great! Time wise, I felt the guy doing my nails was quick & took the typical ³⁵⁄₄₀ minutes to do my mani. The price ($ 28) wasn’t out the normal $ 25 – 30 range I’m use to when it comes to gel mani’s. It’s been about 4 days & no chipping! I noticed some other reviewers wrote there’s chipped after a day or 2. I work with my hands ALOT & wash my hands ALOT. So it’s nice to have a good quality gel mani.
Cons: the guy who was doing my nails kept trying to convince me to do acrylic because «it’s cheaper & look better». After the 1^st 2 Bo’s that became annoying. My cuticles were cut really short.
Overall, this place was quick & too the point. Not a great experience but not a horrible one.
