If you have worked with warranty repair companies before, you know how frustrating they can be. I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator under extended warranty and about 2 years into it’s life, the icemaker did not work. I called Frigidaire warranty and was given a few companies to contact. Mastertech was first on the list but they have HORRIBLE reviews from other customers. I didn’t try. 2^nd was Martin Appliance, which had a non-​working number. Great. Those 2 were the only ones that the auto-​answering machine would give out. I went online to Frigidaire and their website had 2 more companies. Code 3 Appliance was 3^rd on the list and it was the only one that had good reviews.
I called them and had someone come out pretty quickly. They tried to fix it but could not. I was not surprised since I have read that Frigidaire refrigerators were notorious for bad design and failing icemakers. After 2 months and multiple fix attempts, Frigidaire approved a replacement fridge…
Fast forward 6 months. The new fridge also has a broken icemaker. It’s the model with the french doors and icemaker on top. Avoid these models like the plague. It is a horrible design and they malfunction!!!
Anyhow, I have another call in to Code 3 to see if they can fix it or what we need to do.

James and this company are wonderful. Without James and his professional expertise I would have been left with an appliance that simply was not working and needed to be replaced. My new stove front-​right burner (the main one) stopped working. My husband, being pretty handy, took it apart and discovered he couldn’t fix it. As it was still under warranty, I called the stove company and they recommended three different companies. I looked them all up on Unilocal and chose Code 3. I called and they were friendly and helpful, immediately scheduling an appointment. James arrived on time and quickly found the problem in about five minutes at which point he realized he was going to need a new part. He let us know he was going to order it and would reschedule. Fast forward a couple of weeks, Code 3 called and said the part had come in and scheduled a new appointment. On the day of, James called and asked if he could come early (bonus!) so I met him at our house. It took half an hour and the burner was repaired. Code 3 was courteous, helpful, and very quick. I would definitely use Code 3 again.

When my DCS stove stopped working Thanksgiving week, the DCS customer support line referred me to Code 3 Appliance Repair. I called them Monday morning and they were able to send a technician the same day. James arrived on time – at 7:30 pm. Said they were flooded with calls and doing their best to get everyone’s appliances working in time for the holiday. He quickly assessed the problem. Although he needed to order parts, he was able to get my stove working so that I could use it to cook Thanksgiving dinner. James was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I can’t thank him enough!

James came by to fix our Electrolux Refrigerator. He was on time, made the repair (we thought we would need a new part but he made an adjustment instead), and then made another adjustment to keep the door from hitting the wall. GREAT JOB! Highly recommend Code 3 Appliance Repair.
