Right before Christmas, in Mammoth with my family. As we are leaving the snowplow operator backs into my car and smashes the hood. What a horrible experience!
Someone suggested I take my car to Greenwalds– What an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated wonderfully. Everyone in the place was extremely helpful. While David provided me with the estimate and I was dealing with the insurance companies, the receptionist was already anticipating my needs and arranging Enterprise to pick me up. David kept me updated via texts on the progress of my car and they finished a few days early! The car looks great!
I hope I never have to use them again, but if you are looking for a place to fix your car, I would suggest you take it to Greenwalds!

This is the best!!! After 1 hit and run and 2 fender benders by my teen and another small accident. I have had way too much experience with this place over the past few years. Excellent in every catagory!

I took my car to get the bumper painted and they did a great job. They even washed my car. I highly recommend it. I would definitely take my car there again. :)

I had front end damage to my vehicle so I took it took Greenwald’s as it was suggested by my insurance company and after seeing all the outstanding reviews they received on Unilocal.I am astonished they have such high reviews as I would have done a better job fixing the car myself. Greenwalds had to replace my front bumper and left headlight. When they call and said my car was finished, I go there to pick it up and I see my headlight is clearly not aligned and there was some type of paper stuck to the bumper that they just painted over. I pointed that out to them and they apologized and said it was an error with painting and they would keep it another day to correct the misaligned headlight and re-​paint the bumper. So when they tell me it’s completed I go back again and the head light is still not aligned. They re-​painted the bumper which looked okay. I argued with the manager as he stated our expectations for the vehicle were not «realistic» as the car is not going to look as it was before because it had been in an accident. He offered to keep my car again and work on it but I refused to leave my car there as they could not get it right the 2 other times. I ended up speaking with my insurance company and they suggested I take it to Caliber Collision to repair the work that Greenwalds could not do. The tech at Caliber could clearly tell the headlight was not aligned which Greenwalds could not. After further inspection, from Caliber Collision, Greenwalds failed to replace the bent brackets that hold the light and the bumper guard, which was bent as well. Also, the bumper, that was painted twice by Greenwalds, was not painted correctly as there were bumps, like rocks, stuck to the bottom. Which of course Greenwalds just painted over. This place is a total joke. If you want mediocre work done, I guess this is the place to take it. Definitely a waste of time and I will be filing a complaint.

Having your car in the shop is not exactly a cakewalk but Greenwald’s made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Took my car in for repair from being rear ended and they were very helpful from the moment I first contacted them. Very flexible in working with me and my schedule, extremely friendly staff, and great quality work. They constantly kept me updated on the status of the repair and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Greenwald’s!

A great shop, very professional and kind. Great work. I Highly recommend them. they took care of all my needs. Vehicle was schedule for a week of work, they had it complete in four days. Fast turn around with excellent work.

Very professional body shop with excellent customer service.
I trusted these guys to paint and install an OEM wing on my black (202) 1994 Toyota Supra. I gave them specific instructions, templates and even references on where the OEM wing sits on Supras.
They were honest, gave me a realistic quote and called me midway through to asked if I wanted to use the middle screw. I knew these guys were the real deal when they called me about that.
When they called saying it’s completed, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Low n behold, it came out perfect! Color match was spot on, (especially for black), the placement was exactly where it’s supposed to be and the finally price was great.

When I was the victim of a hit and run in the parking lot at work I was upset but the first thing I thought was how I knew that Greenwald would take great care of me and my car, as they did last time! It was an enormous stress relief to know I could count on them! In fact, I needed my repairs done quickly so I could use my husband’s car while he was out of town, and the window was narrow. I could tell it was going to be tight, but Gabriel accomodated me with a smile. Even the guy who gives you a complimentary ride to work is super friendly and great. I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. I can see why AAA gives them the highest rating! Thank you!

I gotta say outta all the repair shops I have been to (referrals, asking around for quotes) or mechanics I really loved this place and can trust to leave my car to them. Was in an accident, hit by someone, and my insurance company (adjuster)referred them to me so I called and from the beginning they were super friendly. Well when my car was ready to get picked up they called me right away and had even cleaned and washed my car! The best experience I’ve ever had! Will recommend to friends and will come back here for any other future accidents (which I hope I wont) but yeah!

There entire staff is friendly, professional & honest. They do wonderful work! They stay true to the time frame they give you. Go Greenwalds! Elizabeth is a sweetheart!

My insurance had refer me to this location in 2001. So I have continue to go here everytime everyone is so friendly. They contact the Rental of your choice they really take the time and fix your car like new. I even was surprised when I got there the other day the lobby hasn’t changed in over 12yrs. But its really comfortable and nice people.

i got 3 accidents in a 3 month period. It wasn’t a happy time, but I have to give the highest compliment to Greenwalds. The friendliest, most courteous, efficient… the business i wish all others are like this place. Thank you so much for taking care of my little car! I don’t want to get in an accident, but it’s too bad i can’t go there anymore lol

My car got keyed at work. My dad recommended Greenwalds because they did his bumper when he got rear-​ended. Went and got a quote — they were easy to work with and very nice. Ended up going back a week later to talk about a written quote (insurance quoted me much less than they did verbally). David gave me great advice, even though it meant talking me out of doing business with them (to take a lump-​sum instead). That to me shows how honest they are. I would definitely recommend them and will go back if I ever have such misfortune again. Did not feel the least bit sleazy or like I was being taken advantage of. It’s nice to know there are still honest people and businesses out there!

this is the worst body shop ever. i have had to take my car back to them 3 times to fix mess ups for parts they forgot to put back on my car. and remove parts because they were the wrong ones. i’m not a mechanic and i even noticed when something didn’t look right. avoid this place at all cost.

This place used to be the place to go but they have changed, I recently had my vehicle worked on and it was returned to me unsatisfactory, some concerns weren’t even addressed, and mix match pieces. I left my vehicle in the shop until these issues could get resolved; but not until i had to argue with two employees named Mario and Germain. finally after waiting a weekend and talking to the guy in charge named David Perez was I able to get somewhere. He made sure everything was taken care of and treated me with respect and in a very professional manner; he got the problem resolved. At the end I did leave with my vehicle in satisfactory condition.
