My first time going to this salon and I was very much impressed. Very sweet, kind, & exceptional owner. I’m very particular about my nails and hair. Hanh did a great job with my gel manicure. I’ll be back for her to do my hair too :) worth the drive from Clairemont to National City.

First time and well satisfied with the service and quality of work. Had a haircut, walked in without an appointment. The owner and stylist Hahn was exceptionally welcoming and the ambiance of the salon is inviting. Hahn recommended the conditioning treatment which was inexpensive ($ 15) and made my hair a million times healthier than it used to. For $ 25 haircut, it’s well worth it. I used to pay a lot more for my salon visit and the service is no where near the same as HQ has to offer.

I originally went into HQ Salon for a pedicure by chance while I was waiting for my oil change at the Mile of Cars in National City, Hanh the owner did a great job! Her Salon is neat and clean and she is professional. So I showed her my hair that day cuz I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to keep letting it grow back or go shorter again, as soon as I took it out of the bun she had so many ideas for my hair.
I went back today and she hooked me up. She gave me a fresh new look, I love it! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Hanh! So if you are in the area or not, drop by and she will have you walking out with a new look and attitude.

Ms. Hanh’s salon is very organized and clean, her service was amazing, if you are looking for a professional hair and nail salon, do come to her. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

I am usually nervous when I try out a new hair stylist, but Hahn made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door. I could immediately tell that she knew what she was doing. I’ve been getting haircuts for over 40 years now and I know what a good one feels like. From starting a line, to blending, to ear and neck cleanup. Hahn was a professional from start to finish. There was no hair tugging from the scissors or extreme ear bending that I’ve had at other salons. So many other stylists have taken the easy way out and used clippers for the top of the hair. Not Hahn. She used her excellent skills with her scissors and had me looking like a movie star in no time. She asked if I wanted gel put in my hair at the end and styled my hair with her fingers for a more natural look. I Loved my haircut and will definitely be back. Thanks Hanh!

Hanh has been my trusted stylist for years, and I’m glad she’s finally started her own business. I usually go for the professional/​office cut, which is pretty straightforward, but her work on women’s hair is where you can truly see the difference. I also believe she does pedicures and manicures at her salon.
