These people are super pushy. I was pulled in to get a «free sample» and the girl was putting their foundation on my face, trying to explain me about how their products are so amazing. And then at the end she says «so this is this much how many would you like to purchase today?» Wtf?! I never said anything about buying anything. Then the «manager» proceeds to come over and say some bs like «oh I’m her manager and I can give discounts on these products so I will offer it at a lower price if you purchase today» I specifically said I didn’t want to buy anything. They were really pushy but I was not about to let these girls try and sell me expensive products that are not that great anyway. I make an effort to avoid that side when I go to the mall ^_^

The sales people are nice. The products are 200 – 300 $!!! I said no thanks n they kept on pressuring me but I stood my ground. Said no. Don’t know if these face products work. Nice atmosphere.

Not a fun experience at all. I was offered a sample and pulled in. I kept telling her I had to leave and meet someone and she kept me there so long telling me about the products and doing demonstrations. She was changing the pricing of things to pressure me to buy something. She asked if I would pay credit or cash and I finally just told her I really needed to go because I was late. Super desperate and uncomfortable. I won’t even walk near the store again.

So I was enroute to get food after Macys for gift shopping, this lady offered a sample I took it she then pulled my hand in and I kept telling her I’m not buying anything but didn’t listen to me, she kept trying to put things on my face, and said I use origins sure wouldn’t take no for an answer, and she was rude saying I look old which goes completely opposite of what people think my age is I get 24 to 26 but I’m 32, when I said I cant afford it she kept insinuating to use my credit card, I said I have none then she wanted to look in my wallet, then proceed to look I my Macy’s bag then asking me how much I spent on my watch then boots she was really rude, didn’t like the product that much, bad business practices she ado tried to sell me the used testers for a cheaper price saying she could get in trouble, if you want this item buy it on Amazon and avoid the store.

Great customer service. They help you find what you’re looking for and hook you up with a good deal. The last time I bought something I had the same good experience. This time I bought the skin care set with Erika and got the special of the day which was buy one get one for free. I loved the way it made my skin feel and you get a facial after buying it.

Lady gave me a free sample while I was walking by and told me she loved me hair and asked how I got it done. Told me she wanted to show me something, so I went in the store with her (I don’t like being rude and saying no). She proceeded to show me the curling wands and the hair straightener. She curled half of my hair with the straightener and the curling wand and kept telling me I should buy it. I kept declining because I already have 3 at my house and I rarely (once every 3 – 4 months) use any heated products on my hair. She began to tell me that she could tell the products I use are making my hair fade, which is a lie because I just died my hair two days prior and hadn’t used a curling wand in over a month. Then she told me to have a good day because I kept declining buying the product and I asked her if she was going to fix my hair because she curled half of it. I wanted either her to straighten out the curled side or curl the other side. She asked if I was going to buy the product and when I said no, she said «well then have a good day»
Extremely rude of her to say that to me and now I will always deny any sample or small talk from this store. Had to walk out with half straight half curled head.

I bought the milk cleanser, the toner, and some rejuvenating mask. It all works pretty damn good. I was amazed. But the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because THEY HAGGLE THE SHIT OUTTA YOU!!! If they would just back off it would make shopping there so much better. I would like to look around and maybe try other things but you just can’t without someone trying to work some crazy deal… which btw I don’t get it. How can a product go from $ 500 to $ 100 just because I keep saying «no I can’t afford it»? So basically if u keep saying no the price just keeps dropping. And employees, we get it, you work off commission, but don’t ask me when I get paid next and then tell me to play «credit card roulette» and just see if it works. The hell?

I have purchased and received Thee best products and customer service here from Laura… She is absolutely Amazing All products and information she gave me literally saved my Life. I absolutely Recommend for anyone in need of skin or hair care advice and or products. Absolutely Awesome!!!
