Cute and quaint with boutique accessories to spoil your pets. Enjoyed walking around but selections and inventory (specifically if you’re looking for a particular size) can be limited. Had some issues with my special request order over the holidays but the owner was very helpful in processing my refund. Worth dropping by if you’re a dog owner and I was satisfied with customer service enough to return. [Original Visit: December 2011]

Went here last month after spending the weekend at the harbor, cute store, although i’ve been to cheaper dog shops in arlington with more unique stuff. I bought a raincoat for my dog, and it ended up being to small, and realized she hated clothes, so went to return it. They have a 7 day return policy, 7 days? Really? No one actually lives that close to the harbor. So when I couldn’t return it, i asked if i could exchange it for the right size (which cost more) STILL they couldn’t do that?! Uh, so what am I supposed to do with a raincoat that doesn’t fit my dog? What kind of store doesn’t do an exchange after 2 weeks of purchase?
Bad policy, never will go back.

This place has the potential of being much better if it were not for the lackadaisical attitude from the staff there. The place is small & the entrance faces the 1 person who works there. Do I ever get a ‘hello’ or ‘let me know if you need help’, no. She simply sits there reading her magazine or on the phone as if I were see through. Sometimes when I bring my dog service seems a tad better. No much product variety as everytime I have been there there seems to be nothing new. Overpriced stuff which seems to cater only to yappy lil dogs. The only thing they have going for them is their bakery, which does have a good selection & are apparently scrumptous according to my dog. Unless you want some yummy treats for your pampered pooch, I say dont waste your time.

If you have a little dog that you like to put in cute clothes, then you should head to Tiki & Me (and your pet can accompany you!). They also have a pet treat bakery, pet accessories like collars and beds, and pet toys. I’ll be returning for a few things for the pets in my life!

This is a really cute little pet boutique right in my neighborhood. So it’s nice to be conveniently located next to a little pet store, that I can bring my furry best friend into. I don’t really buy anything here except for the fresh cookies. Everything else is a tad little overpriced. But my pooch loves the biscuits here. They have a wide variety based on the size of the store, and the salesperson is always very friendly. I got to meet Tiki whom the owner opened the store after and let me tell you, he is a beauty! He is so freaking adorable. Cute little store!
