Very pleased with the new manager Satish — professional, honest and trustworthy. Required an inspection, oil change and brakes. The crew was competent and I was very satisfied with my over all experience. All my cars will be taken to this place for future service requirements.

Came here for an oil change because they sell/​offer the oil brand/​grade I use for my car. Very friendly and helpful in my unique situation (existing drain plug was stripped but I had a new replacement one) and they accommodated me very well; with a time frame that was accurate. What I liked about them particularly, was they noticed I happened to have the oil and filter I use, in a box in my car and asked if I was interested in using it. I said, sure. They adjusted the price accordingly and got me out in a breeze. I was back on the road in no time.

A nice surprise and a good experience. We needed a few set of tires after a blowout, so we tried this store for the first time. Good quality products and fast service without a lot of sell-​up or silliness. We’ll definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this place. Have been going to STS for years and the service has always been outstanding. Peter the manager and his staff are well versed and very accommodating even if you show up right before closing.
They don’t just do tires and they will service your car while you wait. You can’t beat that.

There’s something odd about this place. The manager who has been there a long time doesn’t seem to welcome business. Once I went there and he asked me if I had been there before, in a way that it made it seem like that was a requirement to get service. I had, but I was expecting he would have said sorry I can’t help you if I hadn’t. The place was empty at the time.
Also the times I have been there the manager is usually schmoozing with a bunch of guys he seems to know well, some of who may be customers and others who seem to just be hanging out. It gives off the vibe of having entered a private social club.
I give it three stars because they do a decent job. But the vibe in this place is sometimes very bizarre, like you have to be in the manager’s circle of friends to get service.
