I needed someone to come and install a screen door handle lock for me. I am a member of Angie’s List so I searched there and found Jim Ness from Reliable Lock and Safe. They were rated A based on reviews. I called and Jim answered all my questions and gave me the estimated price over the phone. I scheduled an appointment that same week. Jim came out and quickly got the work done for a fair price. I have since called again for Jim to install a deadbolt and to rekey the doorknob lock. Again, Jim came out and got the job done for a fair price. I noticed that Reliable Lock and Safe did not have a presence on Unilocal so I thought I’d be the first to review. I would highly recommend if you live in the South Suburbs.
