After 2 recommendaitons, I called them about fixing a broken lock. I was told I would get a call back the next day after the checked to see if they had a part. No call came that day so I called them and left a message on their machine. After no call came the next business day, I called one day later. I was again told I would get a call that afternoon but no call came. This is beyond rude and a frustrating waste of my time. If you can’t fix my lock or have no interest in fixing it, just say so.

I had another lock smith out who told me my whole door or entire lock needs to be replaced. My gut feeling was that he was wrong. I searched for a locksmith and asked who was familiar with this type of lock. Voila! Stanton Lock and Key were the ones! They were not only familiar with it but ordered if for me (after I emailed pictures of it) and came in installed it as promised! It works great, just like brand new! Thanks guys
