Business Owner
Bobby’s father, Charles Malachais founded the restaurant in the early 1970s at the Slave Exchange, named after Pierre Maspero or Maspero’s Exchange. Café Maspero has since moved to its current location on Decatur St. across the street from Jax Brewery.
