I highly recommend this place they have great service very pleasant to deal with and of best of all they do a great job and really fast. I’d also like to mention that the manager Amit was extremely helpful answered all my calls and all my questions, he definitely knows how to treat his clients no wonder why this place has been in business for so long. This review will read like a continuation of the previous sterling reviews. The staff at A&B, especially Amit the shop manager bend over backwards to make a usually trying situation (car damage) as painless as possible. I went to two other auto body repair shops on Staten Island, but A&B (Amit) was the only one to give me a written estimate right away. They work well with your insurance adjuster/​company. Most importantly, they don’t take any aftermarket shortcuts. Your car is returned to you freshly detailed and in pristine condition. A&B’s association with Enterprise Car Rental, one block away or they will pick you up, is an added benefit.

This body shop is great. After I had a small mishap on the road and had my front end of my 2015 wrx damaged a&b really took care of the car and me. They replaced anything that wad busted or had a ding or scratch on it.
Joseph the geico agent was top notch and guaranteed everything would be back to factory specs and it was. Only oem parts were used and they kept me up to date.
All the staff and mechanics at the shop were super friendly and their paint crew can color match anything. They color matched my world rally blue on point and I have the new shade that just got released this year.
The owner and manager Lee always came out to greet me and keep me up to date with the repair process and when my grille had a nation back order allowed me to order my own grille and deducted the cost from my deductible.
They are still in the process of ordering some small back ordered parts for the car but are prompt at calling you the second it comes in. Once those parts come in and i get my final alignment from them everything will be 100% again.
A shout out to Yaser the owner, Lee the manager, Martha and Lisa the 2 front desk ladies and Omar, who always seem to be the guys greeting me, updating me and taking extra care to getting me back on the road and keeping my stress levels down!

MARTHA and ALISSA are the GREATEST FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT’s I’ve ever come in contact with. On January 7^th my 2014 KIA SOUL was parked on the street in front of my apartment in Princes Bay, Staten Island and was hit by a 17 yr old who skidded into the front end causing over 5,000 dollars in damage. The car was towed to A&B and sat there for 4 days waiting for the adjuster to show up. The adjuster showed up on Jan 13^th and spent the entire day writing up the estimate. The worry I had was that my car was scheduled to be picked up on January 16^th by Lucky Star Auto Transport from San Jose, CA. To make a VERY LONG STORY SHORT, A&B Collision started working on my KIA on Wednesday the 14^th, knowing the urgency of trying to have it ready to transport by Friday, the 16^th. I DIDN’T THINK IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. BUT IT DID — They had it ready by 1 pm and the auto transporter showed up at 6 pm to load the car for the trip back to California.
Martha and Alissa put up with my anxiety, assuring me that they were doing all they could do to get the car done in time. They had a lot of patience with me and I can’t thank them enough. In addition, A&B Collision DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB on the body work. The KIA looked like it just came off the assembly line. I am so grateful to them because of the stressful situation and the time constraints they were under. They came through for me with flying colors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Whether you have a scratch or small dent or your car is really smashed up. When they finish with it, you wouldn’t even know your car was in an accident.
THANK you ladies and to the technicians who worked on my car. A #1 job. Courteous and respectful customer service and a lot of patience with anxious customers. :)

The body work came out great! You cant even tell there was ever a scratch on the thing. As far as the customer service the receptionist were very sweet, but the guy who gives estimates can come off as a bit rude (either due to personality or just over worked lol) Their work was quick too had everything done in 2 days.

I’ve taken my car here twice and I had a great experience both times. Everyone was friendly, curteous, and very helpful and they fixed my car very quickly! What else could you ask for? I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

The passenger side of my bumper was damaged, after several attempted «quick fix», I decided to bring it to an auto body shop. I bought my car to A&B Collision for an estimate, and when I arrived, I got help immediately. I was amazed how clean and immaculate the office is. Lee examined my car, and explained to me the extent of the damage and what type of repair is needed. After signing paperwork, I dropped off my car a few days later as scheduled (they have to order the part), Lee immediately recognized me and was very helpful. When I picked up my car (I got it back earlier than expected), WOW!!! it looks brand new! The new bumper is the perfect color match and the inside of the car is sparkling like I just came out from the dealership. Beginning to end, from the receptionists to the manager to the mechanics, everyone I came across with is friendly, professional and courteous. I am thankful that they make this a painless and stress-​free experience. Very impressed.

I highly recommend this collision center. Not only was my car ready within the matter of 3 days the service and people who work there were nothing but courteous. I was given updates as the work progressed and any questions I had were answered with no problems. When I picked up my car I was greeted with a hand shake and all my paper work ready and everything broken down for me. I was out there door within minutes. Would definitely return.

This place is great. I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve received great service. The first time I had major work done that involved a claims adjustor and that process went smoothly (after it was a disaster at my dealership where I couldn’t get anything done). The second time I just needed a light bulb changed and it was taken care of courteously, in addition to taking care of my tires.

I had my car repaired at A&B Collision after a tree branch fell on my car and broke my windshield and damaged my hood and roof. I was very concerned about the broken glass pieces and the paint match when it happened. I didn’t know who to trust and GEICO recommended A&B to me. Upon arrival I was amazed at the clean and neat appearance of the establishment. The office was even nicer than the exterior and the owner (Omar) and his Manager (Lee) walked me through their shop and I have to say I was impressed!!! I thought I was in a Doctor’s office (the shop was immaculate)!!! I signed the paperwork and picked up my Odyssey three days later (yes, 3 days) and the vehicle looked perfect just as it did when I picked it up from the dealer in 2007. I am a fan of A&B Collision and they have a life long customer. I don’t hesitate to refer A&B Collision to anyone that needs a body shop for their auto body needs. The whole experience was just fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with their workmanship.

I relied heavily on reviews when deciding where to take my car after it was rear ended. From start to finish, A & B was extremely nice, professional, and provided excellent customer service. It was almost too good to be true. I picked up my car today, and not only was the area that they worked on sparkling but my whole car looked fantastic! The inside was vacuumed and wiped clean and the wheels had that wet look. I am SO happy with my car and thankful that it was such a painless experience. My 2004 minivan looks like new. They even gave me and my 2 sons boxed keychains when we left. How cool!

The staff is very nice. Communicated ok & were honest about delays. Overall, they did great job. Returned the car clean & shiny. they even polished the rims :) very impressive!

Amazing experience. They took the pain right out of whole process. Friendly, professional, and expedient staff. A few days and we got our car better than it was before. Not only did they arrange for a car rental, they also coordinated ultra convenient pickup and drop off. Meticulous attention to every detail of our recent BMW. Perfect color matching and state of the art technology that is environmentally friendly. I can not rave enough about this place and its people. I do not wish anyone a car accident, but this place was certainly the silver lining for us.

This may seem like a minor detail, but I never been to a mechanic/​auto body/​car wash establishment that was so CLEAN! I was impressed by AB Collision from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner, and was offered a cup of coffee. My car was examined in front of me and I was given an overview of the damages and the work that would be completed. When I went back into the office to coordinate a car rental (and expecting a wait), I was told «oh, I already called Enterprise. They are on their way.» I am also impressed with A&B’s «go green» initiatives and am thrilled that I had the opportunity to support a local business that is making these strides. My car is in better condition now than it was before the incident that brought me to A&B in the first place. It is evident that A&B is committed to paying attention to the details– my car came back to me as clean as the sparkling, fresh office at A&B. Kudos to the staff!
