History

Established in 1998.

Bapple was founded in 1998 by current owner and broker of record Nick Spanos. Prior to being located in Soho, the offices were in Union Square.

Business Owner

Founder Nick Spanos‘ innovative, aggressive approach to real estate has enabled him to succeed in many facets the industry and beyond. Nick began his real estate career under the tutelage of Herbert R. Mandel, the notable developer known mostly for his impact on the New York City skyline. During this time Nick assisted Mandel Management with many projects that include subdividing and transforming large tracks of land into stable, single family neighborhoods, also new construction and rehabilitation of commercial and residential real estate. It is his customer service-​oriented approach and dedication to offering clients the biggest and best selection that inspired Nick to ambitiously open the Bapple headquarters in SoHo, as one of the first real estate brokerages to set up in the area. This is only one illustration of that commitment to meet the demands of his clientele.
