Printed 14 pages from a thumb drive, $ 10 is not a reasonable rate and it only took 5 minutes!

This is a small, family run store that is a gem in the neighborhood. I shop online because I work a lot so I pay for a mailbox here. They sign for my packages and text me when they come in. They also have a computer that you can rent time to go online, print stuff, photocopy and offer fax services. You can pay bills and ship out as well. The post office has limited hours, long lines, and is generally a nightmare so I would much rather spend my time here instead.

This place is a rip off and their customer service is the worst. First off the fact that printing a paper for $.50 is just ridiculous. There are other places in Bay Ridge that are willing to print papers for you for a much better price. And the fact is that they don’t have their prices displayed out for you to see your options. Also the way they treat their customers is very, very nasty. I would’ve liked to keep going there due to the fact that it’s the nearest shop near my house. But now I’ll be willing to go a little further, so I don’t have to deal with their nasty attitude. Beware of this place and never step foot in there, because you will regret it. I know I do.

Came here to ship a box via fedex which I had never done before. Tanya picked up on the shipping label being printed incorrectly and printed me out a new one for free. An Honest and thoughtful businesswoman

would I have returned to this place of business? And for your information, my

I’m not sure what their specialties are…
But, I usually come here to print something when my computer is out of ink.
Its 50-​cents a page to print!!!
And at times, the computer can’t read my disk drive. SOOO annoying when I really need something to be printed out… So it may take them 15 minutes just to print something because they will keep trying.
So that’s one good thing = they keep trying to help you…
I do try not to come here though cause 50 cents a page is just absurd. It’s not like it’s on special paper or something…

Bayridge Mailing has great mail box options for people or businesses. If you work at home (like me) you can get your mail here and use the address as your business address. also know i can get packages (fedex, ups etc) because i don’t have to be there to sign. It’s suprisingly in expensive and the people that run it are friendly and professioanl. (I have been using them for over 5 years now)

I recently moved from Bay Ridge and needed to ship several boxes. Firstly, I was looking for a FexEd Authorized shipping center which Bay Ridge Mailing Services is.
From being friendly and helpful on the phone. to being genuinely concerned with the safety of my packages, Bay Ridge Mailing Services was excellent. For all who are wondering– yes, all of my packages made it to my destination on time and everything was in fine condition.
If you need to ship anything and are in the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn area– go here. They even have a very inexpensive service that will ship your packages to them in case you will not be in your home/​apartment during delivery times. Such a convenience option! (Brooklyn locals. you know how aggravating deliveries can be!)
I am 100% happy with my experience doing business with Bay Ridge Mailing Services. They made the stressful moving process that much easier for me.
