Definitely among the worst brow jobs I’ve ever gotten. I normally don’t stray from my go-​to place, but needed a quick fix that day. Somehow I walked out with unkempt, unclean brows that looked sparser than before. When the lady saw my dissatisfaction — it was difficult to hide — she became very defensive and kept repeating «I told you, your brows are just messed up.» Well excuuuse me. If they had been gracious about it, I would’ve been marginally less annoyed, but the fact that she gave me attitude and just took the money without any consolation is gross. Nothing like a business that doesn’t stand behind the quality of their services.
Save your brows and don’t come here!

Got my brows done here for the first time and they look totally unnatural and way too thin. This place looks clean, the service was fast and it’s affordable, but not worth it to leave this disappointed. They need to do a better job asking their clients what they’re looking for.

I got my eye brows threaded here today for the third time. They were quick and did a fantastic job. The price is comparable to other places but the service here is the best that I’ve seen compared to other salons. Thanks!

I just started coming to this location after having a few disappointing visits to the union square location and I have never looked back. The price for threaded eyebrows is super cheap, there is never a wait for a seat and the young woman who does my eyebrows is always on point. She even helped me reshape one that was thinner!

my brows are always the perfect shape. a little pricier than places in other boroughs (threading in queens is $ 5), but brows look more cleaned up here. i recommend the threading, for upper lip and for brows. takes credit card (any amount) and u can usually walk in without booking an appointment.

I get my eyebrows threaded here every 2 – 3 weeks and am always happy with the results. They’re quick but the threading is done carefully/​not rushed. I’ve only been to one other eyebrow place so I can’t really compare to others but I still recommend this place.
I also got my first bikini/​brazilian wax ever done here. It was the day before my vacation so I was worried about redness but it ended up being ok. Honestly, yes, it is pretty painful but they do it as quickly as possible. I’d do it again… maybe with a drink (or two) in me first.

The experience: I walked in to Brow Zone in the early afternoon on a weekday, and was served immediately. There were two women working there, and one customer already being served. I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed for $ 12 total. The woman who did my brows also threaded them afterwards, free of charge, to clear up the little hairs. She worked efficiently, if a little brusquely, and within ten minutes of arriving I was done.
It’s one of my pet peeves when a person working with hot wax near my face is having a conversation or laughing with other people working at the salon while doing my face, because I worry that her attention might not be fully on what she’s doing. I’ve read enough one-​star reviews to be nervous about that. I tend to signal to people that I’d like them to pay full attention to me as a customer to make sure they realize that I’m not just going to sit there passively while amazing or awful things are being done to my face. It’s for the customer service, rather than for the work, which was fine, that I’m giving a three-​star rather than four– or five-​star review.

It’s cheap and I am always happy with the shape of my eyebrows. There is also almost never a wait.
If it is your first time getting your eyebrows threaded I might recommend going elsewhere. I had no idea how I was supposed to hold my eyelid/​brow and the woman was a little rude even though I told her it was my first time.

I was recommended to go to the Brow zone from my friend. The service was great however the skill level was not! I came out with two completely different shaped eyebrows. I will not go here again!

I have been seeing Bhavna for a couple years and she always does a great job! She’s patient and knows what she’s doing. I don’t trust anyone else other than the people who work at this location with my eyebrows. You can tell they have a lot of returning customers because everyone knows their clients. My friends always ask me where I get my eyebrows done and I refer them to this location because everyone there is great!

This was my go to place for threading for a year+, not the best results but good enough and affordable. Then the last few times I went, they sped through the threading and had terrible attitudes. Spoke in different languages to each other and I’m pretty sure it was because they wanted more tips. Guess 20% isn’t enough. Your bad attitude isn’t going to give you more from me.
Not going back.

Long story short the customer service sucks but my brows were beyond amazing. Will I go again most likely not.

Besides it being close to my job the prices are fantastic for the area! Eyebrow threading costs $ 7.
Usually there is no wait to be seen. I like leaving my eyebrows thick and let the employees know beforehand. They’re always quick and do a great job!
They accept cards and there is no minimum. There is also a rewards program that you can sign up for when paying.

My brows were getting ferocious and I need some maintenance on them ASAP.
I asked my boss who recommended this place and it’s right next door.
I walked in a little nervous because I just need a quick clean up — no pencil shaping, no high lighting, no designing just clean em up.
They sat me down and got to work. I’ve had my brows threaded a few time before and one time it was really good and the second time was really bad… sooo I was a little nervous to see the outcome of this.
Thankfully it was PERFECT
and CHEAP!
They saw my right away, were very quick, did the job well and it cost less than 10 bucks.
What more can you ask for? I’ll be going here from now on :]

Came here to thread my eyebrows for the first time ever and I have to say it’s definitely worth it for the price you pay (~$ 7). All you have to do is walk in and they’ll seat you down soon. The threading took less than 5 minutes! Super efficient

I have been going to Brow Zone for four years now to get my eyebrows threaded. You can’t beat the price (I believe $ 7), and my eyebrows always look good, have a strong shape, and are never overdone. It is a no-​frills type shop, but the women are very nice. They do walk– ins (I usually pop in before class), and they get you in and out of there quickly. The only small complaint I have is that some women are a bit tougher and for some reason their threading hurts a little more (not sure why — I don’t know much about how to do the technique), but I’ve never had a bad experience here. All-​around its a great, cheap place. They also have a rewards program, and after 12 check-​ins on their ipad, you get a free threading. You will leave with your eyebrows on fleek.

The woman was quick, and she was not in the mood for small talk. I had an eyebrow threading, and she came back in to tweeze some of the little hairs. She was quick, efficient and good! She did not thin my brows too much, and I got an arch.
It only cost $ 7; it accepts card with no minimum. I gave a $ 2 tip, and she was like bai! It was definitely worth it, and it did not hurt more than my previous threading experiences.

Great location, fast and courteous service, but OUCH! The young woman who did my brows knew exactly what I wanted– a clean and defined arch without any thinning or compromising of my brow shape. She did the bottoms and the middle of my brows fairly quickly but it hurt a lot more than I am used to. A day later, I noticed tiny scabs on my skin where she had threaded a bit too rigorously. The ladies were very nice and for $ 7 I can’t really complain.
