Prosthodontics is a dental specialty approved by the American Dental Association. A Prosthodontist is a dentist with at least two years of additional training in a post-​doctoral program accredited by the A.D.A. A Prosthodontist specializes in advanced restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, porcelain veneers and porcelain laminates, partial and complete dentures and restorations utilizing dental implants. Prosthodontists are trained in all dental laboratory techniques and have a full understanding of dental materials.

As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Bruno is best viewed as the primary dentist for your complete oral health. Dr. Bruno is responsible for the maintenance and the restoration of dental form, function, esthetics and occlusion (your bite). While other dental specialist may participate in your treatment, Dr. Bruno will coordinate treatment and will establish an accurate foundation for your restorations. Additionally, Dr. Bruno will develop a treatment plan customized for each patient and he will determine when any adjunctive procedures may be indicated.

Dr. Bruno received his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Thereafter he completed the Postdoctoral Prosthodontic Program at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. While his practice is a specialty, he also treats general dental needs.

Dr. Bruno received his D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Thereafter he completed his postdoctoral Prosthodontic Training at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in New York City.

Dr. Bruno has lectured extensively and has taught in the areas of Dental Esthetics and Implant Prosthodontics and he invites you to peruse his carefully documented «Before/​After» case studies of actual patients in his practice.

As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Bruno emphasizes comprehensive dental treatment. Early detection and proper maintenance are paramount in the prevention of dental disease. Proper planning and effective treatment have been shown to be a major factor in long-​term success.

Although Dr. Bruno’s practice is a specialty practice, he also treats general dental problems.
