Dr. Ciccio and Dr. Demarest are the kindest orthodontists I’ve ever met, and seem to truly love what they do. I felt completely confident in their knowledge and experience.
I transferred to them about ²⁄₃ through an Invisalign treatment with another orthodontist. They fully took over the treatment and patiently explained the options and costs involved. They didn’t push for extended treatment that would have been more profitable for them — they were honest about what was needed, and how it could be done.
They were also very thorough and explained in detail how the treatment worked. I never felt rushed out of the chair, or had to wait. They give you their full attention when you show up for your appointment.
My retainer had a tear within a few months, and they replaced it with a new one very quickly and at no cost. The staff is friendly, helpful, also knowledgeable and organized. I highly recommend them, they’re excellent!
