My clients range from marathoners and triathletes to people recovering from injuries, I currently work with male and female clients ages from 22 – 87. My training begins with an assessment and agreement on goals, and then we develop a specific plan for reaching your goals.

Rates are $ 125 per hour (5 for $ 595) and $ 70 per half hour for members or $ 130 per hour for non NYSC members
