Nice newer Chase branch close to where I live. Has a few ATM’s in the lobby area accessible by bank/​debit card. Good in a pinch if I need to hit an ATM for cash and I am on my way to work.

I just moved across town, and I’d had a very good relationship with a banker at a Chase branch on the West Side. After the move I went in to this location change my account address and apply for a new credit card. Even though it was already 5:30 I was able to see a banker right away, and he was extremely helpful and polite. He dealt with my questions first, then came up with a lot of other ideas for things he could help me with. He walked me through the credit card application, and was crystal-​clear about what interest rates and fees I could expect. He helped me set up online banking, and set everything up on the site to pay my utilities every month — he even called Con Ed to get my account number so he could set them up as a payee. After we were done he introduced me to the branch’s financial consultant, who showed me some great options for investing the money in my savings account but put absolutely no sales pressure on me. There are a lot of Chase locations in the neighborhood, but I’m glad I picked this one — their service is friendly, quick, and very thorough.

Went here to iron out a problem with my account.
The staff helped me right away and were thorough as well as courteous.
Also there are several ATMs out in the vestibule.
