It’s just like any other Chipotle except they rarely give you a decent portion. It’s the only Chipotle where I don’t leave full. If you order chips and salsa the salsa cup will only be half full. You would think a place that can no longer hang its hat on the«healthy food» claim would at least give you a good portion. The prices are steep too, $ 9 for a chicken burrito no chips or drink. On multiple occasions I have witnessed the wrapping lady pop my burrito, look me in the face and just continue like nothing happened. The only reason I still go here is because I don’t have to leave my office building… send you Chipotle.

This chipotle is located in the heart of the Financial District. They are at the lower level at 1NY Plaza if you are planning on visiting. The line is usually out the doors at time during lunch, but moves quickly. Love their chicken rice bowl!

Lol. It’s Chipotle. Just come. The line is almost always out the door but don’t be intimidated by that because the line moves really quick. Fine tune your ordering method by simply requesting the color of your rice, color of your beans, and then your meat(e.g. «White, Black, Chicken please» = White Rice, Black beans, and Chicken) for maximum NY-style efficiency. Staff is friendly and the place is small yet clean. But you’re probably just going to take your burrito bowl up to your office anyway.

It’s Chipotle. It’s solid. It’s better than pretty much every other burrito place in the area, and better than most other lunches in the area. This particular Chipotle doesn’t get mobbed like the other FiDi locations, so you can get in/out within 5 minutes.

I found another Chipotle in my work neighborhood! It’s basically the same as just about every other Chipotle in the city — same food, same concept, same décor. And just like the rest of them it has its pros and cons… + Nice location! Situated in the basement, or «concourse level», at One NY Plaza on the corner of Whitehall & Water. Which is close to transportation(Whitehall Station 1 train and the SI Ferry.) and there are several entrances to the shops… so no matter what side of the street you’re on you can get down to the restaurant. + When I stepped out for lunch at 2:30 the line at the Bowling Green Chipotle was at least 20 deep. Not at this one — I think there were two people in front of me. + Staff was friendly, efficient and gave out nice portions. — Small location. It’s probably half the size of normal Chipotle locations with maybe 12 seats. Not the best location if you and a bunch of coworkers want to commendere a few tables and take a leisurely lunch. — I guess small location = limited supplies & ingredients? When I arrived the gal behind the counter told me that the normal salad lettuce had just run out — but I could have shredded if I still wanted a salad. And I did want a salad so I got the shredded. My first few bites were weird… but I got over it. Hopefully this isn’t a regular thing.
