Had no record of appointment, which I made via phone giving all insurance details etc. Rude, no apology, no effort to accommodate me since it was their mistake. Just RUDE, get out of here.

Don’t waste your time period you wait forever they butchered my arm for contrast ct never again

Called for an appt and they set me up with a time but didn’t take updated contact info and never mentioned needing insurance pre-​approval. Called a 10 year old phone number to tell me, which of course I never got. But the worst of it truly was the attitude of the staff for whom I must have been an imposition.
With the cost of healthcare these days, we all deserve better treatment. Don’t waste your insurance, co-​pay or cash on these folks.

These clowns kept me waiting for an 90 minutes past my appointment time after telling me to come in 15 minutes early. Poorly run office.

Got a call 3 days before my appointment telling me to arrive 15mins early, which I did, only to wait an hour to be called back and then left to wait again back there! This place is literally the worst at being on time. My appointment was at 9am, how are you already over an hour behind schedule at that point?
No one apologized for the wait and everyone was rude. I would never come here ever again.

FInally was called in at 3:30 after waiting for scheduled time of 2pm. On top of that these idiots asked me to come in early. So I actually gor there at 1:15 in hopes being early would actually allow me to be seen on time (insurance info, paperwork, etc). The only pleasant person there was the assitant who called me in and took me to the changing room. At least she kept apologzing for the wait.
After sweating bullets in the horrible MRI room I finally finish my torterous MRI. I went to the front desk. I asked for my imaging CD and the front desk attendant tells me it will be delivered to my referring doctors office «within 24 hours». That was on Thursday. Today is Wednesday. I just got off the phone with my doctor and they said «sorry we haven’t received anything from them. You were supposed to get the CD there». I explained to my doctor I specifically asked for it but the lazy worthless front desk attendant informed me they would send it to you. The only reason I can think this would happen is:
1.) It was the end of the business day and they wanted to get the F outta there. (the attending technician who gave me the MRI literally was on my heels out there door)
2.) They’re incompetent
3.) They’re lazy
4.) They don’t really give a sh1+ about people and their time
5.) ALL OF THE ABOVE

I don’t even know where to begin. Maybe I will start my review by saying how extremely claustrophobic I am and how I was dreading having my MRI done. Not only is it an open MRI at Columbus Circle, but the technician Ceasar and the Office Manager Luis were AMAZING! Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a radiology facility. They kept me calm through out the whole process and offered me a blindfold which helped a lot! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING GENTLEMEN!

This place has a complete disrespect for its patients and their time.
I went in for my appt to the Columbus Circle office. I came 15 min early for my 2pm appt. I waited until 2:55pm and was never called for my injection, despite checking in with the assistant at the front desk several times. I was advised it would only be 5 min several times, but was never called. At 2:55pm, two nurses advised that my script did not have the right information on it and they would need to call my doctor to confirm, despite tons of coordination in advance of the appt.
At this point, I decided to leave, cancel my appt and advise that a sufficient amount of my life was wasted in this place, with no value added.
They don’t respect their patients or their time. I strongly urge you not to ever go here.

I am updating my previous review to five stars. The lady in charge of medical billing called me within 24 hours and apologized for the earlier incident.

The worst service over and really lacking on timeliness.
I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time.

I needed an MRI and CCI did the job. The staff is friendly and helpful.
They completed my imaging ahead of schedule. No complaints.

I went to Columbus Circle Imaging last week for a an «open» MRI. I am not sure there is such a thing, as the machine looked open when I laid down, but then the top comes right down on you. Granted, unlike closed MRI’s, you can look out the sides. Nonetheless, the experience went well, my technician was easy to work with and kept me informed. I did not have to wait long to do the MRI.

Terrible experience. Aside from extremely rude people, they make you wait up to 2 hours. And when you call before your appointment to ask if they’re on time, they’ll lie to you. They have no right being in business imaging people with broken bones and serious medical issues.
Absolutely do not go there unless you enjoy being mistreated.
Try Lenox Hill Radiology. While not perfect, you won’t waste half a day undergoing a 30 minute test.

Had to have an MRI here to diagnose a shoulder injury. My orthopedic doctor is in a an office in the same building and they referred me here. They only had one time available and it was 5:30 PM. They day of I was walking to my appointment from the train, and the office called about 30 minutes before my appt. They were running an hour behind, and wanted to know if I could come in at 6:30 instead. I went in anyways and had to wait a solid 70 – 80 minutes past my scheduled time for my MRI. A least the AC was bumping and they had a TV to watch. Once I finally got in there, my tech was super nice and the robe was comfy. Since it was my shoulder, I had to go in basically all the way inside the tube. I requested headphones with music, and they said it was Broken!!! I could have used it because I started to panic towards the end, and had to redo one of the tests. It wasn’t a terrible visit, but it was long and on the broken music definitely made it uncomfortable for me.

I have been having a hard time trying to schedule an MRI here. They are the most rude and obnoxious people ever. They keep saying they will call back but they don’t and when I call back — they say «the person handling your case is busy, and will call back when they have more information».
Cannot imagine why someone has to be rude even setting up appointments — I still haven’t succeeded in getting mine.

They have doctors on duty only 9 – 5 pm. While practice works 8am-​8 pm. You will be at mercy of technicians during «off hours» of doctors. If something is wrong with your body, it easily could be missed, or interpreted next day and you called back to redo. No radiology facility should operate without doctor on duty, bottom line. I would not entrust myself into doctor-​less facility. No doctor, nor patient. That how it should be.

This outfit does a good job. When making my MRI appt, they asked all the right questions, helped me decipher the doctor’s scrip, got me a quick appt. Have had several MRIs done here before, and they were all perfectly professional. They also burned me a CD of my scans while I waited, which was really something I didn’t expect would be possible.

Horrible people. Do not have your biopsy done here. They do not respond and take a cavalier attitude that the results will be sent to your doctor, ‘when they get there’. Five days after a biopsy, they still do not know where the results are, or whether they have been sent to the doctor.

While I have nothing to compare my experience to, both times I’ve gotten MRI’s here they’ve been very kind and helpful. The girls at the front desk downstairs are delightful and the techs have all been very patient. And they are super quick to fax results or mail the CD’s of your parts. I’m not sure what else you could ask for. But like I said, this is the only place I’ve ever been to.
And yeah, I said both times. I am clumsy. I’m almost positive I’ll be back.
