History
Established in 2010.
I have catered dinner parties for artists, including Natalie Portman. It was through these experiences that I realized that I love catering private parties, and that is how Diner Prive was born. I have abundant experience and I will put it to good use to ensure that you will never be disappointed.

Executive chef. I was born August 27, 1973, in La Rochelle, France.
My first experience in the culinary world started, as young boy, through my father. He used to take me fishing and selling the product. On the weekends, my father took me fishing in the Atlantic Ocean and then we went to the restaurants to sell the fish. At the restaurants, I met the chefs who gave the opportunity to look into the kitchen and see them cooking. I was amused and inspired by the creativity, talent, and pleasure of how they prepared exquisite meals. My mother gave the opportunity to practice what I had seemed at the restaurants. After my school day, she always let me helped her to cook for our family. I was thirteen years old when I told my parents that I wanted to be a chef.
I successfully graduated from La Rochelle Culinary School, and obtained the cooking certificates required to work as a chef in France. After graduating and being certificated.
