Dunkin’ Donuts

Extremely rude, horrible costumer service. I experienced this with two of there cashiers. I took a picture of how sloppy the food was prepared.

TWO WORDS: PHONE THIEVES!!!
So I go into Dunkin Donuts 30 min prior to them closing. I get a donut and the young kid and the woman were very nice. I leave and walk 1 block and then realize I don’t have my phone. I am slightly freaking out bc I can’t find my phone and bc I know they are going to close soon.
I go back and the door is locked and the little boy is not opening the door for me. He eventually opens it bc I tell him I left my phone here. He said he doesn’t have it. I then take my time and go through my entire purse and it not to be found. Therefore, I know for a fact I left it at DD.
Long story short, they are telling me I am RUDE because I was flustered when walking back to DD, asking franktically if I left my my phone there (not even accusing them of stealing it – yet.) Of course I am flustered if I can’t find my phone!
Anyways, at that point i knew they had it… the little boy’s face gave it away but he kept denying it. I then said «well I’ll just find my phone on the Find My Iphone app» and then he fessed up and gave me phone back.
I definitely went off on him… who the hell does he think is that he can take my phone from me and not give it back to me?
And the donuts here are dry.

They forgot hashbrowns with my order and then when I asked about it, they proceeded to yell at me and ask for an extra charge for hashbrowns. If you’re looking to get your day ruined, come here.

I’ve always liked this Dunkin’ Donuts but no more. A male employee has been shouting at his female co worker continuously. He will not stop though asked repeatedly. He also hassles female patrons. Terrible.

False advertisement. They say have Free WiFi when thy don’t offer any and the A/​C is not working.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. I come here when I’m craving Dunkin Donuts coffee, donuts, munchkins, or bagels. It’s a tiny location and they do run out of stuff if you come later in the day. Also, they are awful bagel spreaders… Don’t you hate when you bite into a bagel and there is NO cream cheese coverage whatsoever? That happened to a quarter of my bagel. The other parts that had very very very thin layer of cream cheese. (The nearby 14^th St location is bad, but not this bad.) So if you like cream cheese, best make it specific how much cream cheese you want!

Friendly service. They were out of Boston Kremes but the girl working here suggested their limited edition brownie batter donut. Maaad good. Came in at 9pm and the donuts weren’t stale, which is always a nice surprise haha.

Do not be freaked out when you place your drink order and the cashier takes a cup and disappears to the back and comes back with a coffee. There’s nothing sketchy going on, they just don’t have the counter space to hold three crafts of delicious DD coffee up front.
The location is small, but they have a full menu. There is a wrap around counter by the door that has about 7 stools if you insist on sitting to eat. There is an ATM inside and you can pick up K-​cups or coffee grounds.
Four stars are because it’s small and sometimes the coffee is a little burnt. The location is super close for me so I always go.

Like this place bc you can sit and drink coffee and enjoy their free wifi. Seems like lots of kids come here after school and some like to sing along to the pop songs on the radio while waiting for their order.
I was treated to a wonderful rendition of Taylor Swifts — «I knew you were trouble»

Not fantastic, and pretty small, but even when there’s a line they move right along. Always nice to be able to grab a doughnut en route to the L.

this place is so fucking incompetent, they always fuck up on my order and excuse my f-​bomb but its rightly deserved. I am however a moron since I keep going here. This is the last time. its like they dont even understand english yet speak it perfectly.

Hey all, this is somewhat exciting news to me. With the coming of summer (which hit like a ton of bricks, no?) I am happy to announce that I am now feeling like a true New Yorker. I am obsessed with the East Coast fave Dunkin Donuts’ coffee! A huge iced coffee to be exact. I pass one everyday on my way to the subway, and no matter how late I am running I step into the arctic breeze of DD and order one large iced coffee (with milk and sugar, please!). I am not a huge coffee drinker, but let me tell you, this coffee is so delicious. How can it be this good at each location around the city? I don’t want to know, I just want more coffee dammit! Even if it dehydrates me, I don’t give a rats caboose! MORE MORE MORE COFFEE!!!
