We offer relationship coaching as well as career coaching for executives, entry and mid-​level professionals, and those experiencing career change. Our Life Coaching program is designed to provide you with skills that help you on your journey toward creating a rich, meaningful life. History

Established in 2015.

Excellence Project was founded by Cesar Hernandez. Cesar’s personal life mission is to use his education to help people. Cesar earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at UC Berkeley and his Master’s degree at NYU. Along the way, Cesar worked with HIV positive people in South Africa and homeless youth in Hollywood. Trained in the modern science of psychology and blending it with an existential philosophy, Cesar launched Excellence Project to help people realize their dreams.

Cesar’s personal life mission is to use his world-​class education to help people. Cesar earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at UC Berkeley and his Master’s degree in Applied Psychology at NYU. In addition to practicing as a Family Therapist, Cesar has experiencing working with homeless youth in Hollywood and HIV positive people in South Africa.
