EXKi is natures kitchen!
We offer exquisite food made from seasonal fruits and veggies, along with other natural and organic ingredients, often from local farms. Everything in our restaurants Is carefully prepared in-house throughout the day, so it’s always fresh. Grab and go, or dine in at 257 Park Avenue or 76 Madison.
EXKi combines the top-notch flavors and excellent service of an upscale restaurant with the convenience of take out. Our locations are clean and welcoming and our staff is friendly and helpful.
EXKi cares deeply about people and nature. With that in mind, we focus on sustainability and minimizing waste wherever possible.
We offer breakfast lunch and dinner favorites, such as: organic juice blends, dairy-free smoothies, tea infusions, quiche, organic fair trade coffee, oatmeal, tartines, home made soups, fresh, delicious salads and sandwiches, including vegan and vegetarian options, and of course Belgian Chocolate.

History
Established in 2001.
The EXKi concept was conceived during a 1999 reunion of three former Belgian classmates: Fréderic Rouvez, Nicolas Steisel and Arnaud de Meeus. These world travelers shared a passion for high-quality fresh food, but many times were forced to sacrifice freshness and quality to enjoy a quick meal. Their idea was simple: create a quick-casual restaurant using only fresh and natural ingredients. The name EXKi, is a play on the word «exquis», French for «exquisite» or «delightful». This was the start of a beautiful story… Brussels (2001), Paris (2006), Milan (2008) and New York in 2014!
