Been coming here from time to time. Everything was really great except for their service and place. It would be more great if the place is been cleaner because usually its not. Service is also like a snail, you will get irritated while waiting, this I guarantee if you are new here.

If you are a girl– make sure you order the Mini! Their standard cheeseburger comes with two patties with your choice of all the fillings your heart desires! Fries are a heavenly mix between wedges and standard fries– with crispy potato skins giving the fries a earthy wholesome touch.

I come to this Five guys when I am in the area. It is pretty consistent with most Five Guys locations — you know, burgers with piles of fries. I get the little cheeseburger and a little order of fries. The upside for this particular location is that it is quite large and is close to Penn Station, but just far away enough from the crowds.

Perfectly adequate Five Guys. The service is about average, nothing spectacular. The food is made to order so it’s always fresh(like any other Five Guys). The bathrooms are moderately clean(as is the dining room). If you enjoy Five Guys you probably won’t be disappointed to eat here.(Just have patience for the slow service).

Great juicy burgers done just right. You can’t ever go wrong with Five guys. Although this location messed up my order and forgot to add my bacon which was annoying. I was able to over look that because of how good my burger was. I will say it is very conveniently located next to Loewe’s Theater, so that was a plus. It is definitely more expensive than what I am used to paying on Long Island but that’s all because of location.

When you’re in the mood for something meaty and greasy after a movie across the street, here is the place to go. The«little» fries order is not so little. Very good value. The little cheeseburger with every topping very tasty. I would have rated five guys with five stars if the grease didn’t end up drenching the bun every time. Clean place.

if the food is anywhere as disgusting as the smell outside this place, you should avoid it at all costs. Seriously gross.

Good burgers, although messy to eat. Lots of toppings to choose from at no additional cost. Could have been more generous with the onions though. The portion of the fries are huge(a small is enough for two people to share), although it wasn’t that great. They were a bit soggy and limp. Bathrooms were clean and there was no line, but I went during a Sunday.

So i went here since i was craving for some burgers, but to my dismay they the lettuce they put in my burger was brownish or withered already, i couldnt believe that i could even see it even if i already mixed with the mayo and ketchup, i wished i took picture :(the cajun fries were soggy and i was expecting it to be crunchy from th outside and soft inside The line was long during peak hours as usual they gave my order a bit slower but i saw plenty of service crews out there. Also The short lady with long chin, a very skinny lady who has grey shirt, they called Angel she was disgusting yelling too much, i was hungry and yet she was a irritating No shes not a latina, or black or white, she seems like an asian but with scary looking eyes, she has this mean look while yelling at the other crews. She should not yell like that. And make sure our orders are well prepared.

Came here cuz my gf was craving a burger. I’ve eaten Five Guys so many times, I’ve gotten tired of them. And to be honest, after discovering other amazing burger joints in the city, I no longer care for Five Guys much. Though, as a fast option, when you just want something good, on the go, Five Guys is a good option. This location had plentiful seating, though the floors could use cleaning. Cashier service was friendly and prompt.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. The service is pretty good. The cashier is typically very friendly and the food comes out relatively fast, depending on how busy it is. However there are some issues I’ve seen frequently here and on separate occasions. First of all there is always something wrong with the fountain drink station. It is usually that the syrup for the drink runs out and you are left with just water, or there is no water and all you get is the drink syrup. Another issue are the homeless bums. I know that this place is near Penn station but please, someone from the staff needs to keep the bums out of this place. I feel bad for them but they are always bugging me for change when I’m trying to eat. Or they try to be all sneaky and bring in their week old, crusty Five Guys cup and try to fill it up for a free drank. One time I even saw a bum try to fill up a whole damn 2 liter bottle. wtf!?? The worst part is, the staff here don’t even give a sh*t. C’mon people, I’m trying to eat my heart attack burger and cajun fries in peace. Dayyumm.

Of course it’s delicious, but you’re not going to feel great about yourself afterwards. Cajun fries are the best around, burgers can be found better elsewhere. Good place for a quick, nasty lunch and some yummy peanuts.

I am a huge fan of Five Guys, just not this location. I ordered a small cheese burger and to my dismay once I got ready to eat it, it was cold and the bun was hard. Not to mention they failed to even put any sauce on my burger. Needless to say I was disappointed and ended up throwing my burger away. There are other great locations this just isn’t one of them, butttt maybe just maybe they were having a off day *shrugs shoulder*

This is a good fix for your burger & fries needs. My fries were a bit too burnt for my taste, but maybe it was just poorly made this one time I went. No issues with my cheeseburger. It was filled with greasy goodness! And when I mean greasy, I mean greasy. Check out the bag your food comes in! Crazy! It’s all good for a quick bite to eat and to break out of your diet. :)

I have a real bad and unhealthy addiction to Five Guys burgers and fries… that is all! What is not to like about Five Guys? The greasy yet well done burgers, you can as many toppings as you want and of course who can forget the greasy fries. The price is a bit much but it beats McDonald’s anyday in my book!

I thought to stop in for a quick bite before watching a movie at the AMC Loews next door. Got my order of a little hamburger with bbq sauce and little cajun fries within 10 minutes(since they fry the fries fresh and make the patty fresh). First comment from my 11 year old brother was«The meat’s tasteless» which I have to give to him because it was quite tasteless which was covered up with the strong flavor of the bbq sauce. It could have used a bit more seasoning. The cajun fries however were absolutely on point! They were just as good as I remembered them to be. A little bit of heat never hurt anyone. The tables were quite clean and while we were eating, they were telling each other to clean the condiments stand(?) which was very proactive on their part since the place had at most 6 people eating in. I can’t wait to get cajun fries from them again. Oh, and if you want to a place to cool down after walking through the humid streets of NYC this place’s A.C. is on high blast which is awesome in this summer heat!

Had to find something quick to eat after a very long day at the NY International Auto Show at Javits Center. It was either Five Guys or Chipotle. Decided to come to Five Guys because I had a sudden craving for peanuts. Bacon Cheeseburger with almost everything except for relish. Pretty flavorful and juicy burger. They were a little cheap on the bacon and mushrooms. Peanuts — Filled my to go bag with peanuts and had a good amount peanuts to go with my beer for when I watch baseball every night. Verdict — I’m not too crazy about the seating at this Five Guys. A majority of their seats and tables are high chairs and small round tables. They give a lot of fries whenever you order, whether if its small or large. They just dump a F load of greasy oily fries into your bag and quite honestly, their fries are not very good. The fries are not crispy or crunchy, just soggy bites of deep fried fries in peanut oil. Rojé G. said it best«Everyone liked to rave about how much fries they give you and that’s great and all but their fries SUCKASS. I’m all for quantity over quality but not in this case.»

Service with a smile, but the fries were soggy and I was not as happy as this guy: Pro-tip: Order online and pick it up without waiting in line.
