Very unfriendly environment as soon as you walk in. The store manager Stephanie is unbelievably rude and insulting. I wanted to support a growing brand but I will never spend my money at this establishment.

Rudest staff, considering the price point is so high, you’d think you’d at least get a hello and a smile. Sorry but I won’t be returning until you invest time and manners into your staff.

Sales lady Robin who works is one of the rudest ladies I have ever come across while shopping. The attitude and way she speaks down to shoppers is the most unpleasant thing I ever experienced. Would not waste my time while every other boutique carries what claire is selling. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE lady.
