Gucci

I visited several Gucci locations in search of a specific wallet I’d seen in their catalog. Only at this location was the sales associate kind enough to help me locate the item by searching the inventory of other Gucci boutiques. I didn’t get his name, but he was so enthusiastic about the brand and clearly loves the products he sells. He said he’s worked at Gucci retail for three years, so he was very knowledgeable about the manufacturing processes and the different pieces in the collections. Even though I didn’t purchase anything at this location, it’s probably my favorite Gucci boutique based on the customer service I received that day.

Gucci isn’t one of my top fashion houses, but though it saddens me to say this store is probably the best Gucci store in the states! That’s inly why the 5 stars, its ambience is better than 5^th ave to me.

Rude, unprofessional stuff, especially since I spend 10s of thousands of dollars there… you guys aren’t good enough for macdonalds let alone such an upscale brand…

Gucci is one of my fave brands, but this store is lacking the iconic feel. Salespeople are friendly, everyone greets you– but the selection is tiny, and I have repeatedly never found what I was looking for. Sadly, no need to come to this store– go to the one on 5^th Ave.

Amazing store and staffs … Love love the GM … She was such a lovely person…, the store was clean and bright… I come to this store every time I visit NYC ;)

No words can begin to explain how amazing this store is. I went here a few months ago to buy my prom attire and from the beginning I stepped in, I was greeted with kind gestures and nice conversations. The gentleman who worked there and had assisted me throughout the choices and purchases was to this day the best sales representative I’ve ever met and had the pleasure of working with. He first brought out the shoes that I was interested in getting and helped offer his opinion on whether or not a bigger size or different color was needed. Next, he showed me to the watch selection and when I told him I wanted the Latin Grammy Edition he was shocked and said I have good taste. Throughout the selection process though, there was conversation made and it was discovered that he used to live in Bedford Stuyvesant as l do but later moved to the Heights and also he recommended colleges that I should look into as well and to not rush into making any unnecessary decisions before I think about any possible effects it could have on me. Then, I went over to the Suits and Tuxedos side and picked out a two piece tuxedo and he took my measurements and suggested I get suspender installments so the pants and shirt look perfect. I agreed and he told me that since my prom was the week after that the order and alterations would be ready in 2 – 3 days. I returned as followed and he handed me my items, gave me his card, and shook his hand but not before complimenting him and thanking him for a job done perfect.

Even though I spend the majority of my time in LA, this is the only Gucci I shop at. Why? Because this store has consistently provided me with fab customer service and isn’t filled with tacky tourists (my big issue with Rodeo Drive and Beverly Center)
My favorite associate is Lauren! She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about fashion. If you decide to stop in, I strongly recommend asking for Lauren!

Very nice staff. Decent selection. Bad lighting (It’s alway raining outside inside this store).

This Gucci location has the nicest, most patient, and non stuck up employees compared to other Gucci store locations I have been to. I would return here for purchases just for that reason alone.

I received a watch from here as a gift, but it wasn’t exactly my taste. When I came here to exchange it, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and patient while helping me choose a new watch, and gave me some soda to drink while I shopped.
