Worst human beings in New York. Employees sarcastic & rude. Totally not acceptable on madison ave. the employees should know that it’s the merchandise that people want. By you employees making hourly wages doesn’t make you a part of that fame. So humble up ! If you really want the goods I suggest bergdorf goodman, much better service without the nasty attitude. 1 star for the goods

Worst service I have received in my life. The store was not easy to find, being tiny. It was as big as the bathroom in my flat. Despite the small space, there were 6 employees working inside including the security guard who was manning the door. When I went inside the store, there was a loud flamboyant Korean lady who was telling her story of how she had to fly all over the globe to find a bracelet she wanted and subtly hinting how loaded she is. The workers not even glanced at me as I walked in(probably also because I was wearing Adidas parka instead of something fancy. Apparently you need to wear fur or leather to get service there). I stood there awkwardly waiting for the employees to finishing sucking that woman’s ass. When they were finally done with her, I asked for a ring to try. Though it was not out front, I could not stop feeling belittled by their obnoxious manners as one of the employee just dropped a ring on a table. Even when she was taking care of my purchase, she barely spoke, but just handed me a membership signup sheet and a pen and pointed. I felt like I was being treated like a dog. Even when I exited the store, the doorman just pointed at a bag I put aside on the floor(I could not hang my coat, put my bag, or anything. the store is fucking tiny without any furnitures except a little coffee table for display). I would seriously urge anyone who is thinking of purchasing Chrome Hearts NOT to go to this store(unless you cover yourself with Chanel or LV).

I hope I can give 0 to this store, really douche bag guy at the door to «service» you, like his shit is right under his pans now, he can not smile at all, cuz if he did he will shit all over your face. This store totally ruin my day, hope this guy have a safe trip home tonight and please find someone who can really service at the door. I love the designs, but always those little shit ruin the hole soup.

WORSTTTT experience ever!!! Ive bought Tom Ford sunglasses with better customer service and quality and its one third of the price! Ive purchased a pair of Chrome Hearts for $ 1500 and one of the lens continuosly popped out; they attempted to charge me $ 120 for two lens replacement when I only needed one. Not only is that unecessary but who pays $ 1500 for sunglasses yet they have no warranty. I wouldnt suggest this company to my enemy. Terrible store experience-I felt like I was at Macys returning a $ 200 item. TERRIBLE!

Oh Chrome Hearts. Five years ago, you were so damn cool and I had to have countless of your items. You were this edgy Los Angeles brand that made some epic rings and bracelets. Nowadays, the luster and the glitz has passed. To make me personally purchase something here, the design has to pretty epic. Nonetheless, Chrome Hearts will continue to carry on and make incredibly expensive jewelry, eyewear, and clothing. This Chrome Hearts location in the Upper East Side is actually incredibly small. I literally walked right passed this place because it was so damn small. Nonetheless, you really don’t need a large floorspace to sell eyewear and jewelry. If you’re coming here to purchase clothing and other items, you might want to go to their larger location in the UES, which is still under renovation at the time of this review. Before you come here, be prepared to really shell out some serious dough if you want to buy something. Sunglasses and eyeglasses will run you close to $ 1000, and jewelry can easily run $ 5000-$ 10,000, depending on how extravagant you desire. When I was here, I felt under pressure to purchase something. Being that this location was so damn small, there’s only one person working here, and a security guard manning the door. Within a small store surrounded by two people, one of which locked the door behind me, I could tell they wanted me to buy something to get out and continue my day. I would have purchased something, but I was really looking for a hoody. Nonetheless, if you know a thing or two about Chrome Hearts, then you’ll be more than happy. This location is fully stocked with their jewelry and eyewear. Just don’t come here looking for clothing, or expecting things here to be cheap.
