I’ve been going to GemVie for about 4 years now. Galina is absolutely amazing and completely changed my skin and complexion. I look younger today at 33 than I did at 29 and Absolutely love their products and so glad I found this hidden gem! I’ve recommended several friends who’ve also become long-​standing clients!

Agnes is amazing! She knows how to treat sensitive, acne-​prone skin and never tries to do any harsh treatments. It’s good to find an aesthetician who is familiar with nutrition and holistic care for skin & body.

I purchased the Groupon for Gemvie and my only wish is that I had purchased 3 instead of just one! This was without a doubt the best facial I’ve ever had, and my skin looks amazing. My facial was with Eva, and she was really nice, explained everything very well, and was really informative. The facial was terrific, and I also received a shoulder/​arm/​neck massage for about 10ish minutes while my face was steaming. It was awesome! My skin has never looked this good after a facial, and I’ve never enjoyed a facial experience so much in my life! I’m definitely going back!

I wish I could add a star. I had a facial with Galina. The facial was excellent and she gave me some suggestions. Unlike any other spa, she did not try to sell me «their products».
The facilities were clean and modern. They have a nice waiting area with teas etc.

I just had a great experience with this spa with my biodermology massage. Today was my second visit, first visit I saw Agnes and today was Eva. Both are really sweet, explain things really well. Spa is clean, affordable and def friendly. They are always on time, which is great because I came for my massage at my lunch hr. Also they dont treat groupon customers any different unlike other spas. I will def come back :)

I bought a groupon for a coconut facial, I called to book an appointment without any issues got an appointment when I needed it. Which was within a short time span because I am going on holidays for my birthday. Galina did my facial is she was absolutely amazing! I am so grateful she did, I needed extractions and she explained to me I had a few milia which I never heard of but could see on my face (patches of white pockets) and removed them. I was very well taken care of, she did offer me to buy another facial at a discounted amounted but I was just rushing and regret not doing that. She did suggest a cream as well but did not pressure me and I didn’t buy that either. I think I am too young for anti aging products just yet hahahah All in all it surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend you going to this gem of a spa, you deserve it. Sometimes when you buy a groupon even though I always check the reviews before purchasing one you never know what you will get in your experience. This is definitely worth it. Enjoy your pampering

Got an amazing facial, felt like I was floating on air when it sadly ended. I purchased a groupon and I wish I had purchased the larger package of 3 treatments! Will be back!

It was a great rejuvenating experience!
Bought a grouping for a facial… And Eva did a great job for it. She explained all the options I had for this groupon deal and suggested me best option based on my skin. 10 min shoulder massage was a great add to the facial. Extractions were slightly painful but again that’s what they are. The good thing is they don’t treat groupon customers any differently! (Unlike many other salons in nyc)
The staff was great at explaining in length the various deals they had for new customers. I would definitely like to go back and make use of those offers!

I had a facial with Agnes that I purchased through Groupon. She took the time to explain what the best treatment would be for my skin type. Some Spas treat customers differently who purchase through groupon especially when the price is significantly different but I believe Agnes gives all of her customers prime treatment. She did a very thorough job with my pre-​wedding facial and didn’t push any product or services on me which I really appreciated. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends!

I’ve been getting facials for as long as I can remember. I’m a sucker for a deal so I’ve tried many different places and most times, I don’t return once deals are discontinued. In an addition to that, it’s taken me a long time to find an esthetician I want to stay with. On my first visit I had Agnes and I was pleased with her skill and demeanor. She was great, and I knew I’d be back. Today, I had my second facial with her. She remembered my skin and took notice of the home care my face has received since our last visit. I feel really comfortable with her. My face feels amazing. She does good extractions, which I really need. As I’m getting older I am intentional about getting regular facials so I’m glad I found this gem. Also, they always have great deals so it’s well worth the money.

This is my first facial in over 10 years so I have nothing to compare it too, but I thought they were great! They really took the time to clean my skin and the girls working there were very knowledgeable. I felt very fresh and clean the next day.

I came here with a groupon for a facial and Galina did a great job! She is a super sweet and super professional lady. She took her time and made my skin breath again. The place was clean and the background music during the facial was very relaxing. The products smelled good. I ended up buying a facial package for next month. This is a great spot and I am so glad i found it. Will definitely be back again and again!

Bought a Groupon and have been eager to try them however they never pick up the phone. I cannot schedule an apt with them. Don’t bother with this place. If I ever get an appt and get a great facial I hope to update my review.

I purchased a groupon for this spa, the service was exceptional.
This was my first time getting a facial, and Ava did a great job.
The facial lasted for about an hour, i even received a 10 min shoulder massage.
She also walked me step by step through the procedure and suggested different methods to keep my skin glowing & healthy.
The experience was so relaxing, i would be returning!

Galina is great. I’ve been going to her for facials for almost a year now. I’ve gone to other spas during that period but just always end up going back to her. You leave with glowing skin and any breakout you had is cleared up after.

During Spa Week in 4/​2015, I enjoyed the Triple Body special (includes reflexology, 60 degrees F body wrap and a hot stone massage). Friendly service. Informed me of what to expect with each treatment along the way. Dim lighting proved relaxing. Music of soundscapes in the background. Clean conditions in the room that I was in. Skin was left smooth right away and he following day. Do recommend.

I’ve been coming to this spa for a few years now and i tried few different treatments: body wraps, facials, microdermabrasion. I had a problem skin and after few treatments with Anna (Russian Anna) my skin became clear and healthy. I love how she thoroughly cleans my pores my skin looks younger and velvety! She is very knowledgeable about skin always gives me good advise how to take care of my type of skin and recommends products .I love those days when I get my facial .Its very relaxing and after treatment I look 5 years younger ! I’ve had laser hair removal done here, as well as facials and microdermabrasion.
The laser hair removal was great. She was very honest with me about what I could expect, and let me know the hair on my face was fine and would grow back. I appreciated the honesty, and enjoyed the results (the hair is slightly less thick now than before the treatments, and didn’t grow back for about 2 months). I’d give the laser hair removal five stars.
The facial was good, not great. The microdermabrasion was very good.
I used a spaweek deal, and they were very accommodating.

The BEST results I got. The BEST service I have experienced. I have been getting laser treatment here for a years. Never was disappointed. Daria does an excellent job, she is extremely professional, very polite and attentive to clients. I recommended the treatment to all my friends, and everybody were impressed with the services as well.

I just had the most amazing facial by Anna L. I’ve been coming here for a few years and always had good experiences, but today’s was really perfect.
Anna spent most of the time in the room, massaging my neck, shoulders, arms and head while she wasn’t working on my face (because there was a mask on my face).
She wasn’t pushy trying to sell me anything at the end, which I appreciate.
My skin looks and feels amazing.
I booked another one in a month and can’t wait!
