I do not advise you to do your business banking with HSBC. Their website is almost impossible to navigate, you can’t do simple things like download a statement in less than ten steps. It is confusing and frustrating. Their aesthetic is hideous too but that can be said of all banks.

Possibly the worst bank in NYC. Very slow for even routine services. Staff never help each other. Long waits to get officer signatures. As soon as my problem is solved, I’m outta here.
Staff sit around and read things while customers leave after waiting and waiting. If you ask this bank to provide certain services, the answer is «no, the can’t do it» even though other banks can find a way to do it.
Terrible service and being a «Premier» customer is meaningless.

The tellers are unfriendly, not knowledgeable and extremely slow. I asked for a simple task — the teller got stressed out. She could not wait to leave for lunch. She ran out as her job was done with a look. A simple withdrawal took more than 45 minutes. I can’t wait to change banks.
