I’ve ordered from this store 2 times and both were late more than 2 hours, order tracking doesn’t work, seems delivered although its not. Just terrible service

When you’ve got your sweet tooth going on then it’s time to hit Insomnia cookies. There always fresh soft hot out of the oven cookies. My favorites are the original chocolate chip and the snicker doodle. Also their red velvet ice cream cookie sandwich is to drool over. Also you must try the macadamia nut cookie. It’s soooo gooood. I love Insomnia cookies

These cookies are really really soft and moist, I would say they taste like under baked cookies, which is what I like haha. I got the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie cuz that’s my favorite type of cookie everywhere and it did not disappoint! Was worried it might be too sweet but actually I could taste the salt as well which really balanced out the Flavor, almost taste like my cookies at home(hehe). What I really love is the cookie I got they warmed up for me which was amazing and it had pretty but chunks of macadamia nuts in its. That’s a very very plus because most other macadamia nut cookies just have the white chocolate chips and like half a dime sized of nuts -.- like bruh I need my macadamia nuts okay. Service was badddd because the girl was rude and just stared at me the whole time. But oh well, these cookies are better than subways(yes I know, subway has really good cookies) be used subways white chocolate macadamia but is wayyyy too sweet but this is perfect. Would I come back? Yes ONLY if they have discounts going on. I can make cookies at home myself too

Very delicious! I know I’m 403rd person to say that, but they can’t hide it. Get the specialty cookies like the s’more. First timers should sample so bring friends.

Really good cookies. The cookies I wanted weren’t available but that’s ok as they had peanut butter and macadamia nut cookies. They were both so good and soft. They were not way too sweet and just perfect. This location is really tiny!

Ridiculous– it’s been 2 hours and we still don’t have the cookies we ordered for an office event. When I called the first time, CS said they would be there in 30 minutes… Another hour later And apparently there is now a known 45 – 60 minute delay no one bothered to tell me about the first time. I could call again, but I’m sure they’ll just tell me we are next up again. Be forewarned– if you want cookies in the afternoon, order at breakfast.

INSOMNIACOOKIESAREOUTOFTHISWORLD! However, this particular location sucks for many reasons. Much of the staff has been consistently unprofessional and rude. I wish I was kidding about this but… one time a colleague and I tried to buy some cookies… only to be refused by an employee standing outside the store. He said a fight broke out inside and they were closed for the afternoon. Then he did the unthinkable and took a bite out of a cookie right in my face. I forgave Insomnia and came back to this location another afternoon, but you know what they did? Left a cookie out of my bag! Check your bags and boxes before you leave.

The only reason I gave this two stars is because the product was pretty good . Price was okay what you’d expect . Customer service will make me stay away from this chain all together for them to have such a rude staff I can’t imagine what the other stores are like . Fine don’t say hello, don’t smile, and dont say thank you I don’t care but when you 1. Over charge me for my product 2. Only give me 2⁄3 things I ordered 3. When I nicely go back in offering to pay for the other sandwich why would you argue with me telling me I’m wrong . I had nothing attitude from start to finish. I will not be coming back

These Cookies are Da Bomb! I’ve seen their locations around town and there’s one near my home in Chelsea, but had never ventured into one, until a hungover day after St. Patrick’s Day and cookies for some reason seemed like a good idea as a hangover cure, lol. It, however, didn’t work, but nonetheless, these cookies are sooooo tasty! They serve them warm, so I bought a 6-Pack of them(which is good deal) and brought them back to the office to share. I put the box down, told my co-workers, went to wash my hands and when I got back, all the cookies were gone except for the sugar cookie, haha. I was bummed I didn’t even get to try the chocolate chip or the white chocolate macademia nut, but sometimes what seems initially like a disappointment, becomes a godsend. And that, is the Sugar Cookie — wow, it was Amazeballs! I NEVER would actually pick the sugar cookie on it’s own, but holy crap, it was warm, soft and so buttery and sugary. I thought to myself it had to be the best cookie there. So, for good measure, I immediately went back and got the chocolate chip and macademia nut cookies to try on my own, and while they were very good as well, they didn’t stand a chance against the sugar cookie. I highly, highly recommend it. And btw, it’s sister cookie, the snickerdoodle, was surprisingly good as well. Just remember that there is ALWAYS a line here. I came at an odd time, around 3:30pm or so, and there was still a line. But also remember that because of this line, they have a high turnover, so the cookies are always fresh and warm right out of the oven. They can’t be beat, no way!

Missed the freebie when they opened 18 or so months ago, but dropped by with their e-coupon(which it turned out we didn’t need because the register screen mentioned it) for $ 1 off their cookiewich, which then came to $ 4.60. Tried the brownie sundae and piece of cake(which they kept pronouncing ‘pizza cake’ to our shock & horror) ice cream flavors before settling on the birthday cake(which was more like cotton candy with chiclets) between a snickerdoodle cookie & a sugar cookie. Unfortunately you can’t upload your receipt to their loyalty app after the fact.

Do you have a cookie craving at work around 2PM? Insomnia will be there for you, usually. I tried ordering once and after no delivery for an hour called their customer service who kindly let me know their delivery guy called out but she satisfied me with free cookies coupon so that worked out. Anyway, I don’t really like ordering food on the phone at work at 2 pm in my cubicle with others listening in so I am glad they have an online ordering system so I can do this on the down low without being judged after having lunch. I won’t say these are the BEST cookies but these are good cookies that will satisfy your craving. I will probably stay away from the peanut butter cookies, its just not as chewy and crisp like all their other cookies that are fantastic. Majority of the time their deliveries arrived in thirty minutes or less!

If you want a quick nice and warm cookie with some milk, hit this spot. Cookies are mad sugary but amazing. Hard to eat more than one cookie but whatever I managed to eat was legit. Peace from Doctor P

These cookies are like crack! And cost just as much! Although these cookies are some of the best cookies out there, they will set you back a bit at $ 1.60 for a regular cookie and $ 3.20 for a deluxe cookie. It’s a small price to pay considering the time of the night you can actually order them at … which is up until 3am! If you’re feeling adventurous or need to feed a football team, then they also have the cookie bulk deals and ‘Residence Hall’ specials which come in 50−100−200−300 cookies per order. The store also sells milk, ice cream, cake and brownies too, but shouldn’t be purchased at their inflated prices unless you’re extremely desperate for some lactose in you. As for the cookies, the selection is limited, but a majority of them are excellent. The last time I swung by, I ordered a 6 pack of the following from my favorite to least favorite: White Chocolate Macadamia, Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate Chunk, M&M, Oatmeal Raisin and Snickerdoodle. The White Chocolate Macadamia was by far the best — what’s better than combining chocolate with macadamia? The Snickerdoodle was very disappointing because it tasted like a cookie just full of sugar, ironically. If you want your Insomnia Cookies fill in downtown Manhattan, unfortunately this is your only option. The store is very small and it can be quite cramped if there a few people waiting. If you’re not for waiting in lines, they also have a website you can order from.

I suppose much of the draw is for the late-nighters who want warm cookies delivered. If you’re just looking for a good cookie, they’re adequate. I had the triple chocolate cookie, which was good but not spectacular. Of course it’s gooey since it just came out of the oven; honestly, you can get the same effect with cookie dough you buy at the supermarket. The place is pretty small and if you order a bunch of cookies, it does rack up. The service wasn’t that great. The person behind the counter seemed a bit churlish and obviously didn’t want to be there, maybe annoyed that people take forever to order(including us, I guess). I don’t need to come back but I wouldn’t begrudge anyone who is a fan. I’ve definitely tasted better elsewhere, and sometimes a cookie is just a cookie.

I tried Insomnia Cookies last night for the first time, and I may become an addict! The cookies are expensive but SO yummy! I loved the double chocolate mint and the s’mores jumbo deluxe, and I look forward to trying the other interesting ones. I love that this place is open late AND delivers!

Their cookies are so good. I came here with a friend and we both ordered a cookiewich. We get to pick 2 cookies and a flavor of ice cream. The price for that was $ 5.60. The white chocolate macadamia is so good.

I went to Syracuse University where this is the go-to late night snack, so when I started seeing Insomnias opening in NYC I was in heaven! And what’s better than having one blocks away from the job? Nothing… if they were fresh. I’ve been here several times and I really wish that they would not serve their cookies burnt or hard which I have experienced 50% of the time regardless of the time that I go. This location is tiny so you have no choice but to get your cookies delivered or to go therefore I never know what I am getting until I get back to the office. Let me tell you there is nothing more disappointing than getting a whiff of the staple insomnia cookie smell to find your cookies are not up to par. It’s pretty devastating actually. I will give them 3 stars though because the cookies are good when made correctly and the cannoli ice cream is bangin!

I was disappointed with my cookie at this location. I went for the double chocolate flavor and it was delivered to me cold?! I thought that was their thing, serving warm fresh from the oven cookies? I was very disappointed I didn’t get a warm cookie. The chocolate chips were soft, but the cookie was like a regular cookie.

Let me just say this, you would be certified Loco(crazy) to go during lunch. But that’s exactly what these cookies do to you, you go a bit coo coo for one. I know I do, and my comrades from work. I have to indulge in just one of these pricey yet satisfying, delightfully sweet, soft Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I will dish out the $ 1.30ish for 1 cookie… it’s that good. And they even provide the Milk and Chocolate Milk to wash it all down with, for a fee of course ;-) Hands down, if you are on the street and walk by Insomnia Cookies, you owe it to yourself to go inside, your day will have just gotten two times better. Happy Snacking!

Ordered the $ 8 for 8 special for the office today, took 51 min for delivery. I must say that the ones I was able to taste, chocolate chip, white chocolate lemon were great but I can’t say the same about the macadamia. My co-workers seemed to enjoy the other cookies(m&ms, snicker doodles, oatmeal and peanut butter) I like the convince that you can have some snacks delivered to you on campus awesome By the way the reason for 4⁄5 Is because it was cold when received and the other cookies I tried by pieces didnt kind grasp my taste buds
