This is maybe the best Muslim community I have ever come across. It’s a large mosque consisting of college students and Muslims from the local area. They offer free classes, Ramadan dinners, community outreach, some political activism, a wide array of guest speakers and lecture series, and overall an extremely welcoming and diverse community. No matter your background, these people excel in hospitality and make you feel welcome.

Imam Khalid Latif delivers, without a doubt, the most inspirational khutbah’s in the English language I have EVER heard.
Whenever I hear a khutbah in English from another Imam, I feel like I’ve got jipped. Imam Latif’s khutbah’s have spoiled me.
Do yourself a favor and attend Jumma at NYU this friday. It is certainly, certainly worth it.

Hosts numerous events & classes throughout the week in addition to the normal Friday Jummah service. Very comfortable and inviting environment were everyone gets along really well.
