For the most severe celiac or allergy sufferer to anyone who just wants to eat better and cleaner. Owner Jennifer Esposito, a celiac herself, created each recipe and understands the need of food being safe. Bakery also has health related events and tasting events. History

Established in 2012.

4 yrs ago Jennifer was diagnosed with Celiac disease and severe food allergies. She was told a gluten free diet would solve her problems. Not completely true. Not only did most gluten free products taste like a shoe, but they were loaded with starch, sugar, sodium and preservatives AND made in cross contaminated facilities! She created JennifersWay Bakery as an answer to all that. To be the Celiac Standard requiring only the purest healthiest, organic ingredients. All made is small batches at this strictly gluten free facility to ensure quality, nutrition and taste. For anyone who wants to live a healthier life without sacrificing the sweet side of life.
