The menu at Koi New York is inspired by traditional Japanese dishes and is enhanced with modern California accents. Among Koi’s signature cold dishes are Koi Crispy Rice topped with Spicy Tuna; Hamachi Fusion with Soy-​Citrus and Truffle Essence; Yellowtail Carpaccio with Grapeseed Oil, Ponzu, and Wassabi Tobiko. Signature dishes from the kitchen include Miso-​Bronzed Black Cod with Seasonal Vegetables; Grilled Skirt Steak with Crispy Red Onions and Sesame Sauce; Kobe Beef Filet Mignon Toban-​Yaki. The sushi chefs present some of the freshest fish in town including yellowtail, toro, octopus, snow crab, and uni, in addition to signature rolls.

Established in 2005.

Koi New York boasts a sophisticated interior showcasing minimalist dark wood furniture and tan leather banquettes set against a lush, indoor garden landscape. The sultry garden is inspired by both its proximity to Bryant Park as well as the garden-​inspired design of its Los Angeles sister location.
