Have been trying to reach them since the beginning of January, nobody answered the phone or returned calls. Somehow the apartment I was interested in got rented out regardless according to StreetEasy. Have not come across an agency like this.

We contacted Manhattan Spaces after coming across a listing online for an apartment on the Upper West Side. We received a call from Eduardo, who told us the apartment we were inquiring about was no longer available, but that he had another unit available for us to see. We changed our plans that we had for our Sunday, and traveled to the city from New Jersey to view this apartment. Prior to leaving, we received confirmation from Eduardo that he would meet us at the apartment. However, when we got there, he was nowhere to be found. When we called him, he claimed that the apartment door had been locked by contractors and that we wouldn’t be able to see it anymore. Unprofessional and unapologetic for the inconvenience.

I had a great experience with Eduardo, the CEO of the company. He was nice, caring and made a great a deal I couldn’t say no to. He made things simply and clear enough to have me sign the lease the day after we agreed in screening my application package.
I really recommend Eduardo and his company, they are great!
